I was just thinking, is it possible that they charge a bit more so that they cover part of the shipping fee? Then there wouldn't be a special deal with shipping, it just looks that way. haha!

Pops in store here are $15 as well. Some places $20. It's just the recommended retail cost in AU. They must have a deal with the shipping company because it normally would cost $18 to ship one Pop from AU to US.

it's probably just related to timing... when the monsters license was pulled.

like, when funko learned that they had to stop producing monsters pops, they didn't have time to stop mike/sulley for international markets, but were able to make sure that boo and george sanderson weren't made anymore.

My Loki came in perfect condition and there customer service is top notch! Always answers questions on Facebook and email in short order! Highly recommended.

That explains it! I knew it didn't make sense sending so cheap. Shipping form here really sucks. Even within AU isn't all that great.



Also, man I want that Batman Invader. How much is he set to cost over there? I'm hoping it'll be cheaper to get him shipped from the US than pay $60 here for him.

Ebay is selling the Batman Invader for USD$68 shipped international.

Yeah, I'd just buy him from Popcultcha for that. $59.99 + $6 shipping. Or if I add a few more things free shipping. Entertainment Earth have him for $35.99... they're international shipping is way too expensive. So I just hope one shows up on eBay for $30ish with shipping cheaper than $30!

Funko is no longer producing these items, however this company out in Australia still has stock. www.popcultcha.com.au/ A large amount of people bought Loki from that site and have begun to receive them. Now the site is saying that the Loki's are on back order till July. The company is offering Mike & Sulley in June, a person can pre-order those.

brian mentioned once before that international markets were, basically, further behind in getting their country's own shipments of pops. so australia is just now catching up on some that have been hard to find in the states.

Did you get an Order Process e-mail from them as well as a shipped e-mail? Because I ordered Thor as well, but not sure if they shipped it or not. Got confirmation that they took my money, but no confirmation on shipping.

Then there's this when I view my order on the site.

One box was pretty beat up for me. Did anyone order a red skull? I ordered one but it didnt ship. They sent me a loki and han solo but no red skull. I emailed 4 different times to find out what the deal was then finally on the 4th email they told me it was on backorder for now???

Around the same time I placed two separate orders. I placed an order for Loki and then paid for it. Then about 10 minutes later I placed an oder for Thor, and paid for it.

It's been a few days now. I've gotten no shipping e-mail. Guess I'm gonna have to get at them on Facebook then.
