Barnes & Noble News

Postby jonness » Sat Jul 28, 2012 12:02 am

So I called Barnes & Noble (over in San Bruno) to see if they have anymore Batman Funko Pop Vinyl Figures, so she told me to hold on while she checks the shelves and the computer for info. She said they are not planning on ordering anymore Batmans for their store. What sad news...

1. Can anyone confirm this for their nearest Barnes & Noble?
2. Does anyone know what else besides Batman will Barnes & Noble stop ordering for their retail stores to sale?

I think I've seen no fewer than 50,000 Batman figures for sale at various stores and on the internet since they came out. There will be plenty of other places that will have them for sale.

I'm aware of that, but sometimes I like going to B&N because I get discount and they're cheaper than certain places like Hot Topic who adds about 3 to 5 bucks more. Sometimes ordering online is ok, and then sometimes I can't wait so I like to see if the store has it for instant grab and purchase.

I'd imagine that she was speaking specifically of TDKR Pops. The regular series Batman is not retired or anything so I don't see why they would discontinue ordering him.
