I found my first chase 8 months into collecting. It was a Superman chase from Hot Topic. I didn't even realize it was a chase cuz it didn't have a chase sticker on it, but my friend was like heey this superman man is shiny! & I'm like  nooooo waaayyy!! Quite an exciting moment when one finds their first chase in the wild. lol

I wish I had that kind of luck... Sacramento seems to be pretty dry when it comes to chase pieces, I basically gave up searching stores for chases. I check out Hot Topic whenever I go to the mall, but I haven't gone in 2 months or so.

Jeesh. I'd be happy to just find Pops in stores!!!

The Hot Topic's around here generally only have a couple at a time, and the B&N only has Disney and Star Wars (and their stock seems to be incredibly old).

I was very excited to find a yellow circle Batman at a HT, but is that really considered a chase? It seems like they aren't that rare.

Yeah I saw them a couple of weeks ago at my B&N too. They don't seem to be that rare for being an "error" piece. Awful lot of errors...

Wow, a lot of lucky people here! :) That's great. I'm about four months in...the law of averages would say I should find one soon. *crosses fingers*

DocRamon, thanks for reminding me that Fry's has them! Going to check them out tomorrow.

I found my first chase like a month in but it was a comic store and they wanted a lot of money so I couldn't buy it :(. The worst part is that it's still there in a glass case. Just mocking me.
