I only collect Marvel pops but I ordered Eve and Wall-E from the Disneystore online for my fiance. She is a huge Wall-E fan. I know she was interested in them but like everyone else couldn't find them. She doesn't own any pops so these will be her first. I'm hoping this doesn't spark a craze with her because our budget can't afford it haha

I don't have any experience with ordering pops from Disney online, do they ship the pops properly or is it a big mess like how B&N seems to always ship them?

Disneystore shipping is hit and miss just like b and n. some packages arrive perfectly and others are completely trashed. Its a gamble but at the end of the day disney usually makes things right.

Just got my Wall-E and E.V.E. from disneystore.com and my box was a mess. Looks like the box was used as a soccerball. Just wow and the both the Wall-E and E.V.E. boxes are destroyed. EVE's box is literally ripped in half while Wall-E's is crushed in on one side.

What erks me the most is that who ever packed it did a terrible job. They put no form of padding, I mean absolutely nothing. They just put the two pops and the packing slip in a box way to big. No wonder the boxes ended up the way they did. I called them personally and got the sweetest lady on the phone. Told me to keep the items I have and that they will give me a giftcard in the amount of the order. They couldn't resend them to me because they were both sold out hence why I got the giftcard.

These were a gift to my fiance and her first pops so I really wanted the boxes. I'm going to wait for them to come back in stock and use the giftcard to repurchase them. I'll see what she wants to do with the pops we have currently seeing as it doesn't look like they were physically damaged.

I'm so sorry that this happened to you. You would think that they would package things correctly at the very least to keep themselves from losing money. Clearly there is at least one bonehead running this operation. [-X

I was there on wednesday, they said they were sold out. if they have it by all means or even ask when they are getting more in. They didn't have eve either but it was more important for me to have walle

Called the store in Cincinnati yesterday and they were sold out of all series 4. Gonna call Columbus and Louisville to see if they have Wall-E plus the others I need to get again since the boxes were messed up.

I only ordered my Wall-E on Tuesday of this week and the shipping confirmation email was sent to me on Thursday, so I should have it my Monday or Tuesday at the latest. I was very lucky with my first shipment of series 4. They were packed just fine and had lots of bubble-bags in the box. The only issues I had with any of the individual boxes were the dings and concave windows that occur when tehy are shipped from China.

I can guarantee that China does the s*** packing job of all shippers in the whole "Funko from china to your home process". Do you ever wonder how many of these POPs are written off by Disney because of China's packing job?

Just picked up a Eve from the Times Square, NY store yesterday and picked up the last available Wall-E from the Riverhead, NY store today!

The Times Square Disney store had (as far as I can remember) multiples of the Disney series 4 except Wall-E. I'm planning to check it out again on Monday (and hopefully the $6.99 sale will occur). Anyone need anything?

Busy store = a high volume store, so I figured they'd get more than6 pieces in. They won't be carrying anymore pop after this either. Why? I'm not sure.
