Messed up B&N penguin?

Mine is not like that. That is weird. Is the pop hot? When I get mine delivered (in phoenix) they are always soft and pliable like that when I open them. I usually put them in the fridge. Hahaha

That's why I hate ordering online too! For some reason Funko hasn't really hit the Chicago area outside of retailers like DisneyStore, Target, B&N, Hot Topic, Journeys, Gamestop, and Frys. That seems like a lot of places, but they all carry the same Pops! I had to hunt online for DC Series 2, a few Marvel, the Holiday pops, Rocks, Ad Icons, Movie, and some Disney ones. I wish some comic shops would pick them up, because even though I display out of the box I still care what the box looks like. I have a few that look horrible. Then there's also paint jobs on the figures.

Im getting a full refund of shipping and the item the confirmation email was never sent to me (I had to call and get it with the tracking), the shipping was late, the box fell apart, and the item was I guess "defective"? Well deserving of a full refund IMO.

I seriously don't think that Barnes and Noble realize that these are collectibles. If enough people complain they may get the hint.

Every single order of these pops from B&N comes messed up. Hope this doesn't happen again if I'm forced to order something rare from them.
