Popcultcha.com (Anyone have experience ordering from them?)

I am really wanting to order the Loki #2 from Popcultcha.com, but since they are an overseas company I'm somewhat skeptical in ordering from them.

Does anyone have any experience (positive or negative) with ordering from them? I understand that they are located in Austrila, and I'm not concerned with the shipping times or costs.

How are they getting shipments from Funko in regards to Thor #1 and Loki #2 if U.S. stores aren't (since they are offically retired) getting them?

Are overseas versions of the Funk POP characters different in any way from the U.S. versions?

Any information would be greatly appeciated.

Just search their name here on the forum, many of us ordered and received Loki from them. It's a legit company.

I've ordered from them and received my items just fine. The word on Loki is, they'll be in stock in May. Many of us have emailed them about it. Check out the thread in the Eye on the Web section.

Hey, i am not sure if this is too late but they really take care of the pops with shipping, they are in perfect condition when they arrive. Give them a try.

I ordered my Jam Master Jay from them. Good packing job but long shipping time. I would personally order from them again.

Yeah I just got my Red Skull from them! Took about a week to get here, I ordered it Feb 22 and it got here March 1st!

I ordered red skull from them. It actually came faster than I thought. However, the box that I receive was not in perfect condition.

I just got mine in yesterday. It arrived in perfect condition. The packaging was a little skimpy but it protected the piece. I have a 02 Loki on order and hoping it arrives in perfect condition.

takes a little while 8.5/10 shipping since it does take quite a trip from Australia to Cali, but their shipping improved by a whole week so overall buy from them with confidence!

Just got my Red Skull in from them and am very pleased. Shipping took much less time than I expected since it was coming from Australia, and my Pop! came in wonderful condition!

Each time I try to order from this site I encounter a glitch during the paypal section of the checkout process. It's really annoying. It's telling me that the address I have for Popcultcha is not valid and does not match my paypal address... which of course is not the case. It always sends me back to the site, and cancels the order. I have triple checked, and it's the same address (confirmed) as my paypal.

I emailed them about it and the only response I received back was to keep trying again. So frustrating. I just want to pre-order a Loki, and then snag a Han Solo and a Red Skull. Anyone else encounter paypal issues?

What shipping do you guys use? I want to order Red Skull, Black Flash and brown Wolverine. The shipping is around 20 for regular airmail and around 37 for ECI. Is one shipping method better or safer or is the more expensive one just expedited?

Oh well, i just placed an order with regular airmail. I guess I'll see what happens in 4 weeks time.

Hmm, I just looked at their site, they have 3 I want, Black Flash, Red Skull and Han Solo. Their cost there plus the $37 shipping is still cheaper than anywhere in the US I can find them. But I can not bring myself to spend $27 per pop thou.

I had this same issue, but it did not redirect me back to their site. It let me finish the transaction. I'm sorry this doesn't help.

Being in Australia Popcultcha is my main source and they have always been excellent, never had any issues. They typically send it the next day and they're always well packaged. I'm very thankful for them otherwise I couldn't be a collector.

The first time I ordered from them the Packing was awful! The boxes were damaged. After that another funatic told me to make I told them to use bubble wrap, and package it extremely well because it was being shipped overseas. That package arrived in much better shape.

make sure "suburb" is filled with your city name.

I'm from Aus and since I started collecting a bit over a month ago, I've ordered about 4 times from them now... all have come really well packaged and the pop boxes were all in perfect condition. I love their point system aswell... and they prob have the best range and are the best source here in Aus. I've got another order coming from them atm.
