Lets see pictures of your worst pop paint job! So far I have gotten all good paint jobs but I was wondering how bad they can get. :D

Don't have pictures but I have 2 slightly bad ones so far. My Master Chief has a big scrape on the bottom of his helmet how it got there who knows? But it looks like battle ware so its actually kinda cool. Then my cortana was perfect until I took her out of the box and she has a huge light blue paint spot right on the back of her head on her dark blue hair #-o

Stray paint all over, and that weird thing on her belt is some plastic that seems to have bubbled up.

Ha ha, now I gotta go take a look at my Pops! I usually avoid buying ones with bad paint jobs. And haven't had any distinguishable bad paint jobs on my orders. However, I have seen god awful paint jobs in store.

For the 8 or 9 bucks I paid, I'm not too broken up about it. Now if we were talking ebay prices or an expensive rare piece I'd be p***.

My metallic blue lantern flash came with a bad paint job. Scratches all over it, bubbles of paint on the face/ mask and also an almost disconnected right lightning bolt. The gap between his head and lightning bolt is about a 1/4 of an inch.

The kids who paint these are apprentices for the Earl Scheib franchise. ;-)

Seriously - I've seen the paint jobs significantly improved this year, although there are a few exceptions. With 7 or so factories producing these, there's bound to be some issues. Brian is on this.

Without a doubt, Star Wars Darth Maul (regular). faded red for the head (not bright as in all the glamshots), and for the black face tattoos: sloppy, thin (can see the red through), way outside the sculpt lines, and sometimes missing altogether.

Robocop had a speck on his otherwise black visor that was easy enough to touch up.

Funny you should mention John Snow. A friend of mine is having surgery next week so I wanted to get her a present. She doesn't collect pops, but I know how much she loves John Snow, so I went to Barnes and Noble to get her one, and they were all horrible. I got her the least bad one I could find, but I still felt annoyed. I'm sure she won't even notice, but I did.

Wow, I didn't realize that the Jon Snows were all so bad. I must've gotten lucky with mine. The black of the eyes don't fill out the elevation completely, but I always thought that was on purpose to give him slightly squinting eyes, like the actor has. ;-)

My Hannibal had a poor paint Job. The Eyes were completely scratched, the knife was only half painted and he had a lot of paint smears on the back of his head...

The worst paint job I've ever had was my princess Jasmine; The paint on her eyes were smudged and blurry, like they had been carelessly spray-painted on. I don't have a picture, because it bothered me so much that I ended up giving it away and buying a new one.
Also I've never been able to find a Beast (Disney #22) with decent paint, I've been putting off buying him until I find a good one, but every single one I've seen is consistently bad!

I just picked up a metallic blue ranger and granted the box was beat but the ranger paint job is something that made me almost turn away from buying it. Ill add a photo of it once i get home. Im on the hunt for another as rare as it is just because im disappointed with this one.
