Translucent funko have an impressive effect in black light. I'm looking forward to those pictures of Haunted Mansion in black light, especially because I dont think I'll find that comparison posted anywhere else on the internet.

So I was playing around to see if I can take better glow pictures. I had previously only used a blacklight and an iPhone. I recently got a GoPro camera and turns out it has a night mode and you can also play around with the exposure settings. Here are some examples.
Iphone 6

GoPro Night Mode

GoPro Night mode w/2 second exposure

Also tried different exposure times
GoPro 2 second exposure

GoPro 5 second exposure

GoPro 15 second exposure

You cant really see much difference between the iphone and GoPro, but you can see a lot of difference between the different exposure times. You can see how much brighter the figure appears the longer the exposure time (and more light through the window in the background). Any one know any other tips for better pics?

Wow, some cool photos guys! Rob, man I agree a glow Pred would be killer, that pic looks awesome!

Dread, I don't remember anyone posting anything about Skeletor anywhere. I hope it glows better than Ghost Rider!

I have the Disney set of 4 now, still haven't checked them under black light but I'll do that and post a photo.

Walking Dead Michonne and her Pets GITD 3-Pack are horrible glowers. Michonne doesn't glow but her two pets do. I left them directly under a lamp for a couple of hours and had to stand in a totally dark room to make them out.
Still stoked that I have them.

Thank you sir! That was very helpful, and great pictures as well as great Pop! I just bought Ken Kenaki from Tokyo Ghoul today, and I believe he is a good glower. His Kagune, the red limbs that come out of his back, are the only things that glow, but they are a bright red, and I haven't seen very many red done well. In black light, his hair and eye also glow. It's pretty cool. I'll try to get some pictures on here soon!

Yellowjacket is a decent glow, glows on the yellow strips
Unmasked Wolverine has a terrible glow, only glows on the yellow parts on the body
Phoenix has a good glow, glows on the white parts
BW Deadpool has a decent glow, but it only glows pretty good on some parts and faintly on the feet and arms for me
Glow Cap glows nicely, glows on the body

Some people like metallic...some people like bloody.....but for me, its always been glowers.

I got the Haunted Mansion set in and they do look really great under black light! They don't glow of course, but they activate really well. I tried to take some pics over the holidays but my phone was out of space. I've since freed it back up again so will try and take some this evening.

Works for me when I do this... You can also use a maglite flash light to charge them semi-quickly; the strong light from them seems to charge the glow better than regular lights...

FINALLY took some pics. The Mansion Pops "activate" better under UV LED's. I was surprised to find they shine a lot less under a tube fluorescent black light. I included pics of both. I only took 2 of the 4 out of the box for the pics because I don't have anyplace to put them all yet!

By the way, the glow Hikari is the only Hikari I own, but it's a cool one! Check out the stars embedded in it!

just a quick question for you experts

the white lantern range, batman, superman and flash

i have seen them online but the boxes look the same and neither has a sticker so in store how do i make sure i get the GITD
