Scott Pilgrim Pops Announced

Love the spirited debate.

I have Scott Pilgrim movie in my top 5 of all time. I think we went for the fans hearts by putting out a Sex Bob-Omb 3 pack!

So as a fan..I do defend that choice.

I do have an awesome variants of Scott and Knives at NYCC that I think are cool.

And in addition I do have a couple more new characters planned for next year through FunkoShop.com.

No one wants more SP than I do..and maybe some Dorbz too!

Hopefully the new characters are the exes.

I'd love to see envy and todd and a lucas lee.

More Scott Pilgrim is great news.

However, NYCC and Funko-Shop exclusive are terrible news lol

I don't think I've seen a Funko-Shop Pop stay up more than an hour if even that long except for the Freddy Funko ones that are up now... so unless NYCC is a share exclusive with Hot Topic or Barnes & Noble (FYE was a bad choice for Sex Bob-omb, they don't have enough stores and online seemed to basically be non-existent) and the Funko-Shop one has an endless supply, I might end up getting rid of the ones I have. I love the movie, one of my top 5 as well, so this isn't something I can just pick and choose, I'd need them all!

Remember when Hot Topic was the only place with exclusives and they had everything? Can't we just go back to that? :cheers:

The Sex Bob-Omb three pack was my SDCC grail for this year because of how perfect it was! REALLY knocked it out of the park with that one!

Knowing how big a fan of Scott Pilgrim Brian is, and the fact that he is actually EXCITED to expand the line, makes me absurdly happy! :bounce:

Honestly, Scott Pilgrim was the one franchise that I wanted to see Popified since I started collecting five years ago, so ANY new SP merch is good news in my book.

I don't know if Brian thinks that we were unhappy with the Sex Bob-Omb three pack, judging strictly from how he worded his post, but...dear lord, as a die-hard fan myself, those are three of my all-time favorite Pops! lol

I love the design for Ramona and Knives as well as the Sex Bob-Omb pack, the only thing that disappoints me is the low availability of the 3 pack which then leads to ridiculously high prices. I'm still looking forward to more waves, hoping for Wallace, Young Neil, Envy. They could also make some easy Ramona variants with blue hair/ green hair.

Really hope for a better availability outside the US, I got no problem to obtain the other SDCC exclusives, but the Pilgrim 3-pack will probably never be part of my collection :'(
And if the new characters will be available trough the Funko shop, I can only pay those ridiculous eBay prices....

Wouldn't FanExpo be a better launch point? Hope it is indeed with Hot Topic - least there are a couple up here.

The Sex Bob-omb set was my goal for my entier SDCC trip ansd I came up empty. Even with trying to trade Conan Jokers and other items to get it.

I hoped that I wouldn't have to go the ebay route. I hope I won't have to for the new pops as well.

Awesome. Scott came today and Ramona/Knives are coming through my store.

Already started putting together my Scott Pilgrim space in my room with eventually/hopefully all the pops, Autographed DVD cover with Brian Lee O'Malley & Ellen Wong, midnight movie tix, a Film Cell, Ramona art print, Japanese movie poster and (eventually) Ramona statue.

I would love the Katayanagi twins with a 6 inch version of their music monster. Come to think of it a three pack of Mathew Patel and his demon hipster chicks would be awesome as well. Lucas Lee, Gideon Graves and Roxie Richter could all be singles.

Agreed. I love that Brian and the company can manage to cater to smaller licenses and niche collectors, because fans of those things really appreciate it. I'm so stoked to get more Scott Pilgrim stuff!!!
