There is a theory floating around that they are vaulting and just not announcing anymore. (NO hard evidence) Hence theory haha
but could be right?

Brian is not a fan of making it public which pops are vaulted. Even if it is good for secondary market. He doesn't like Flippers as much as we don't.
SerlentPop let out Tenya being vaulted. It didn't show on Funko.com only to vendors.

Is this confirmed?

Wow, thanks for sharing! I've been wondering about this, I always assumed anything not vaulted (or listed) was available for vendors to order!

^^^ There is a lot of truth to this.

Odd that only Tenya is vaulted while all the other 1st wave got restocks.

Wondering the same thing here. Why would they only vault Tenya and not any of the other Wave 1 pops?
I checked my pre-order at EE and they say they no longer have it...

The thing is - we don't know if Tenya being vaulted is a foreshadow of things to come. Like they said earlier - Brian doesn't really like to announce when products are going to vault. There has been cases in the pass where a certain figure from a set vaults.. There has also been cases where the entire set vaults eventually but just one or two figures at a time. That could very well be the case here because we all know eventually there will be a wave 3 of my hero academia with the insane popularity. I believe by the time we get to the 3rd wave the original wave will be vaulted but this is just speculation at this point. I also agree with @KidMarvel - Brian is definitely in favor of the collector and anything that Funko can do (and heck even toy Tokyo at this point) - they will do in order to make sure the most collectors get their products in their hands. They don't want nobody betting the item down and reselling so it makes perfect sense.

those two plus these below are what I noticed.
Rocky and Bullwinkle
Wasabi No Ginger (BH6)
young and old Frank Walker (Tomorrowland)
Goliath (Evolve)
Greg Jenko (21 Jump Street)
Claire and Brian from Breakfast Club
Aubrey from Pitch Perfect
Long Duk Dong from Sixteen Candles
the two Step Brothers Pops
Red, Pornstache, and Crazy Eyes from OITNB
I just need to get Bullwinkle finally I guess, the rest aren't ones I'm interested in (despite loving John Hughes' movies) and I have Wasabi and Goliath already
