I just saw the Flocked Jollibee on twitter. I wish it was easier to obtain for us Filipinos and fans of Jollibee here in the U.S. Luckily, someone overseas was able to assist me with getting the regular version at cost + ship.

I agree. I'm thinking it's going to be released at FDO Philippines or a Funatics meetup, so it's going to be very hard to get. I can't even ask my relatives in the Philippines to help since they're not collectors and probably won't attend the local meetup.
