The metallic yellow ranger coin is bothering me more now than it should.

So went to my local HT and no luck, the employee said they haven't received their shipment of the metallic red yet. However, I noticed that the stock of the regular rangers got cleaned out; only one white ranger and one red ranger left and only a few blue left. So I will have to keep checking and keep monitoring the site to get the metallic.

Not only that but re-stock how? It was supposed to be a mystery box exclusive. Are we supposed to buy more boxes in hopes of getting the right ninja coin? Or will we be able to just buy the corrected pop, outright?

I would really like to know that too. Has any of the mystery box stuff ever been restocked? Will they have to literally sell out for them to consider it? If its even up for consideration? Does Gamestop even know? Ugh.

id want a corrected coin, technically if they do fix it the value of the error piece is affected but i'd want a matching set

Wow, am I the only person that wants to see metallic rangers with their original dino coins instead of ninja coins?(besides the yellow, of course)

Also, I saw the metallic red and regular red ranger pops in person and the regular red looks way better. The metallic red looks like a maroon/candy apple red. It looks off to me. Does any one else think it looks too dark?

Personally, I hope they do offer the corrected coin as a stand alone GameStop exclusive, standard release, no guessing involved. Or if it has to come in the mystery box, only send this one out. I can't afford to keep buying these boxes, not to mention the plethora of FNAF PSH and Enchantress Rock Candies floating around.

Honestly, if I wasn't such a completist, I could have probably skipped him. He is indeed pretty dark and dull-ish. I broke my 25$ limit with him and spent a whopping 62$ for him. Which led to me paying 45$ for the gold Yellow Ranger

honestly id go for it but dont over pay, he goes from like a bright plastic looking green to a dark olive green and the gold goes from like mustard to a true gold color. I was iffy at first but pulled the trigger on a deal i manged to get paying 18$ after giftcard's seller was posting it for 35$. he became my 2nd favorite pop i own

Depends on what you want...

Personally, despite some of the arguments here regarding visual authenticity I see the metallic rangers as "movie" variants since the original toys for the movie back in the day were metallic/chrome. The green ranger wasn't part of the movie (the white was though), so I just bought the regular green ranger and I'm more than happy with that.

I just hope we'll see a proper, wider released, corrected coin metallic yellow ranger and a metallic black ranger at some point in early 2017...would like a complete set of these...white ranger doesn't necessarily need to have a metallic or chrome variant...

Only ranger from the original series I might double up on and also get the regular dino coin Pop! version is the Red Ranger (Jason was my first favorite and now in my 30s I think I actually prefer him over Tommy, who took first place as fav upon his arrival on the show back in the day)...

Received my Metallic Red Ranger yesterday and seriously love it! The candy apple red totally makes it feel special. Paint job was flawless too. Highly recommended!

The coins of the metallic Rangers are that of the 1995 movie so personally I wouldn't go for the Green variant since he is not featured in it. All that's left for the true complete movie set is a corrected coin for the Yellow, Black and White if Funko released those.

So I'm trying to think of MMPR Pops that they can still do. They can pull a lot of characters from the first three seasons of MMPR, including characters that we're getting as Pint Size Heroes soon, as well as a few others:

Rita Repulsa
Lord Zedd
Putty
Finster
6" Zordon
Scorpina
Goldar
Squat and Baboo (2-pack)
6" Megazord
6" Thunder Megazord
6" Ninja Megazord
6" Shogun Megazord

But even then, there are still two full sets of Ranger costumes they can pull from MMPR, like their ninja costumes:



And I would love if they did a set of Alien Rangers from the very end of MMPR's run:



My all time favorite MMPR has and will always be RITA REPULSA.

So the MMPR series can go on for a while. That being said, I really hope they eventually get to doing Power Rangers Zeo at least.

I was hoping for a villians announcement...or a Rita Repulsa, Goldar, Zed Funko Pop three pack. ...if anyone in the funko company is reading this and knows of any inside news..please give me a Christmas miracle.

I dont know if I like them, but they all seem to be metallic. The black ranger looks the weirdest to me, what do you guys think?

if i like the movie id get them as pocket pops, as far as metallic looking its not the case

from the live photos released via instagram they look to be darker colors not metallic. wouldnt be suprised if it came out metallic

Movie ones don't look too bad but I definitely prefer the classic ones we already have. Still hoping to have a complete metallic set of those someday.
