Problem is, I keep mine in their boxes, I don't trust B&N or Amazon to ship good boxes.

Has anyone watched the new trailer? I am looking forward to what could come from wave 2! Thrawn, Rex, Sabine w/ Dark Saber, Blind Kanan, Green Lightsaber Ezra, Maul, Vader, Kallus, and sooooo many more. Maybe a Hera w/ Ghost Pop! Deluxe?! I want them all!

I saw an odd Chopper pop the other day at FYE. The box had 'Chopp" on it instead of Chopper.

i'm holding off on rebels for now except for sabine because i know there will be more variants. only way i can keep the star wars collection contained.

I think the first releases were "CHOPP," they must've changed it later. My guess is they were concerned with having two pops with the name Chopper since that little monkey guy from One Piece is also named Chopper. That's the only think I can think of. Personally, I would've preferred C1-10P lol

Just watched the the new trailer and next season looks great! Really hoping for more rebels pops especially Thrawn and Rex.

I really want Clone Wars Rex in all his armored glory. And the sadistic part of me hopes that a Clone Wars Rex would open the door to other variants/exclusives like Cody, Fives, and so on.

Not just you there, buddy. I want many Clone Wars ones. Younger Ashoka, Anikan, more clones and....all those Jedi!

As for Rebels, I agree with everyone here. We will definitely see more variants. I'd imagine it'd be reasonably soon too, although don't hold me on it lol

I feel like I've read that Funko doesnt have rights to the animated Clone Wars characters at the moment. I could be wrong but it sounds very familiar, considering we haven't seen any Clone Wars cartoon figures since the 4 or 5 Wobblers that came out years ago

You're right. Funko has the Star Wars License which encompasses anything under the Star Wars brand. However because Disney want the general focus on what they are creating they are not allowing Clone Wars figures to be made. This is also why every Prequel era figure that has been made in the last 2 years has been an exclusive.

maybe in time, Clone Wars figures will be made, but for the immediate future it seems highly unlikely

A couple things; I love the choice for Maul, he's had a serious transformation since Ep. 1 and he deserves a reboot. I have concerns over his Lightsaber, correct me if I'm wrong but he does not wield the double bladed lightsaber anymore......he's had a single blade in rebels that was doubling as a cane when Ezra first met him. Second, I hope they don't have "Darth Maul" on the box of this one, he's no longer a Sith Lord and is no longer holds the title of Darth. semantics I know, but this stuff is important to doing the character justice.

Edit: After checking his premiere episode in Rebels, he indeed has a double bladed lightsaber, probably got my wires crossed with Clone Wars.....well played, Funko :SW10:

and I agree his character deserves this, he has a huge fanbase
