Harry Potter Wave 3

Hi Everyone- Does anyone have word on release dates for Harry Potter wave 3 (not including the Tri-wizard Target exclusive)? I heard October. I also heard some are coming on September 30th. Which ones are you all most excited about?

I am so excited for this wave. I really wish we would get the official announcement and Glams for this set. I wonder how many retailer exclusives there will be and how many retailers there will be. I am guessing Hot Topic, Target and Barnes & Noble. Maybe Books AMillion?

Supposedly there are two two packs in this wave? Harry and Voldemort, Harry and Malfoy. Not sure how accurate that is but I saw it on funko pop hunters via facebook.

I'd love to get one of each character. I want a red eyed Voldemort.

I'm guessing they are just repacks of the already available single commons.

I heard there's the Harry/Voldemort 2 pack in the next month but will be a repack from the sound of it annoyingly but also Lucius with Prophecy in Feb
The list I saw it on, everything else has just been shown/announced but those 2, FYE will have the sticker on the 2 pack

I've heard that too! Would love a new 2 pack with new pops. I really hope that they aren't just the current commons repackaged. I'm not that big of a fan of the 2 packs of commons.

yeah FYE has the Lucius exclusive on their list, and on FB there was like 6 exclusives and 2 pre-releases coming out. unless they just put HT exclusive on them all without it being true lol

I'm pretty sure I saw her and Mad Eye on one of the lists... I just don't understand how all these leaks keep happening before Funko can announce them. I know Funko doesn't like the leaks but they know the leaks will happen so I feel like they should get ahead of the leaks and announce way earlier instead.

Ditto. I collect all the Harry Potter pops but don't think I'll pick up the two pack if it's repackaged commons. I don't want to support that trend.

I really don't count them as exclusives when they are repackaged regular releases. With so many characters they could use, they are just missing out on a chance to actually make something that would sell well for the retailer.

Why must be it be so hard? I just need a list of release dates, who has what, and to plan out how much time I'll need off work to run everywhere to get all my pops. And which of my friends are coming with me on the quest / who needs me to pick them up for them!

That being said, I cannot WAIT for wave 3!

on the "leaked" list I saw I think I saw like 5 different Harry Potters. I want to collect this whole line but that will get exhausting. That being said I cannot wait for glams.

I totally agree , there is too many variants when we need more new characters. That's sad because there is the same thing with Doctor Who Pops.

Some of those was on the Gamestop list a while back along with a swivel eyed professor , there's an exclusive list floating around as well with loads of HT Pops

Bell atria has amazing hair, Mad Eye's eye is prefect, and Umbridge is just so pink and proper. This wave is brilliant.

Better hurry! The stores around me took forever to get them (only this week) and some are already reporting "low stock". Not sure if there will be restocks or not.

I saw pics of the new wave on IG, and they look great. I still need a few from the last wave, but HP pops are a bit lower on my list than some other lines, so I'll be patient and get them...eventually.

Thanks for the heads up. Target stores in NYC almost never get or keep for more than a hot second any Pop exclusives. Will probably just buy online or trade for it.

My Target had the exclusive Harry Potter in a locked window cabinet in the electronics section, probably to limit how many a person could get. It made me very thankful.

The PPG post specifically says Fred is part of the wave, just not pictured. It seems odd that they'd randomly make him an exclusive. But so far HT and B&N have had exclusives for Wave 1 and 2 so don't be surprised if at least a couple are.
