Took the family to Volo Car Museum in Volo, IL today and saw some awesome stuff that would make great Pop! Rides!! Or Dorbz Ridez for that matter! ;)

Unhide the spoilers to see what I'm talking about! BTW, some of the pics don't do these guys justice given how tight the cars were packed in. There were others, but I couldn't get good pics.

These all would be cool. If they made these I would have no money left.

I totally would have, but it was a long day for the kids and my wife is not exactly supportive of my funko addiction! lol

I think I know the exact WAG you are talking about!! I passed at least three on the way after getting off 53 and wanted to stop and check for the new exclusives, but sadly, I didn't.

Ahhh yes those are all classic show rod beauties :-) Several of those were done by George Barris who unfortunately passed away recently. He did both of the Munsters cars, they are called the Munster Koach and Drag-U-La. I loved those cars watching the show as a kid, the episode with Drag-U-La was one of my favorites. I still remember at the end of the show Herman saying he needed to get the casket back before anyone noticed it missing from work lol (for those who don't know he worked in a mortuary).

By the way just a bit of trivia, an actual fiberglass coffin was used to build the body for Drag-U-La. Back then a coffin could not be sold unless it was being used to bury a dead body, so the Barris team had to make an under-the-table deal with a mortician and they paid cash and the mortician left the coffin outside of the building for them to pick up after the place was closed! At least that's how the story goes.

Beautiful photos, thank you for sharing! Would love to see any or all become Rides/ Ridez :-D
Howdy, I'm Tres :-)
