Wow, so it sounds like Funko IS going to do reveals this year! They didn't last year so I wrongly assumed they wouldn't this year either. I apologize for any confusion!

They already said February 2nd they would (tweet below). I think they want to capitalize on the reveals and also control it (instead of having crappy scans and images from people at the event "leaking"). Same with unboxing videos - capitalizing and controlling how the content is presented. It is the smart business thing to do and I am glad they are doing it.

Well, according to Yoko, apparently there was some top secret stuff sitting around the booth last year that was never revealed (and still hasn't) that was labeled and everyone at the show missed it so... there's that lol

Will you even get work done with reveals almost every 15minutes? You get a reveal, you get hyped, take a closer look, share it and before you know it, time for the next one!

Really hoping for Sailor Moon wave 2 news, I am praying they give us they other 5 main Senshi before moving on to villains, side characters and outfit variants.

Would also really love some confirmation on what the Parks and Rec chases are, though I am doubting that will be revealed during the announcements tomorrow. Maybe in the catalog or on the floor though.

To me last year's highlight was the interview with Brian. He shared teasers last year and also concrete changes that occurred at SDCC. I hope he let's us know whether we will enter an on-line lottery or if they will have us stand in line again this year. :freddy2:

Thank you for reading. I'd still recommend checking out the Funko Funkast if you haven't already. It's awesome and Sully, Yoko, Cameron and Hilary make a great team. Makes that hour go by fast and they often like to drop hints like this in each episode.

Fascinating that they're doing legitimate limed reveals like this now. As some have said before, it's the end of the "blurry phone camera" era, and while I'll miss that charm as well, it's crazy to think how far Funko has come in the past two years alone. I remember even as close as 2012 Funko wasn't nearly this huge, and I can only imagine how Funatics who have been around since 2004 must feel!

While I'm also super stoked for these reveals, it's interviews with Brian that I'm always always always most excited for. Who knows what he'll tease this year? And I also love how passionate he was about Dorbz last year, and listening to him explain why they're being pushed as Funko's next big thing. I'm not a Dorbz fan myself, but Brian's visible enthusiasm towards them really caught my attention.

I completely forgot about GoT as a possibility. I think it's very likely we will see a new wave of GoT Pops revealed later today. Probably what I'm looking forward to seeing the most outside of the movie Pops I'm itching to see.
