Parks and Recreation Pop!s

LE 500 definitely seems really low for today's Funko and a license as popular as Parks and Rec. I think this is a situation where the POP! was originally intended for the HQ Grand opening. They had several LE 500 POP!'s for that event, and very few if any thereafter (maybe Spooky Empire Elvira or D-Con Steve Van Doren). I'm guessing stock was not produced in time for the HQ event and they just ended up giving them to Fugitive after the fact, as they do have a history of releasing limited edition exclusives with them in the past.

I need and I mean, NEED this Andy Dwyer Pop!! Le 500 mystery boxes though ... ugh!! Gonna be near impossible...

Flippers would need to buy mystery boxes also...if it's this difficult to get, the value will be up there.

If these are the mystery boxes that we bought at a con a couple of years ago it’s not completely filled with junk. My husband got started on his White Lantern set from buying a few of the mystery boxes. They are a lot better than other mystery boxes sold at cons.

I'll br trying, even though last year I picked two boxes and they had the same Dumbo pop in each... clear their getting rid of old stock but whatever...they let me choose again haha, its still fun

I recently ordered a mystery box from Fugitive. I wonder if there is a chance of this in the current ones?

In general I'm actually kind of excited to see such a low # LE just because outside Fundays it doesn't really happen anymore.

Fugitive Toys definitely ensured they will sell out of mystery boxes for the near future. I don’t like buying mystery boxes but I will buy for a chance at this.

I was thinking the same thing after ECCC 2016 and Funko's increased popularity. Looks like the online drops won't happen until they announce it, per their Instagram post. So sometime between today and late November (that's when they make their way back to the Bay Area and open up for Black Friday and however long they're open for winter.)

Very good guess, but whatever the reason it’s going to be very difficult to get, and you can forget about the online drop, that’s going to be insane. lol

I think I'm going to forget these two exclusives exist at all. I didn't consider them before since they were never actually released, but now..I'm going to be a baby about it. lol

Got some new grails to aspire for. Kinda bums me out since we haven't seen a lot of limited pieces recently and these happen to be ones I really want.

Cause both the Mouserat shirt and the Karete outfit Pops are LE500, based on the sticker.

Yup, exactly! This is one way Fugitive will be able to move their left over inventory at lightning speed. The mystery boxes are a smart move on their end, obviously not so much on our end. This is going to be tough to get and now with the chase involved the stakes went up even higher.

I think it's just the same LE 500 sticker on both pops bc it's 500 TOTAL and then you throw in some chases in that 500. I don't think there'll be 1,000 but I could be wrong. They just left the sticker on there bc it's a chase of that other pop.

They will do online mystery boxes. I doubt they will offer it straight up in small batches

If the chase is 1:6 then we are all screwed. Will be so expensive. Shoot they are going to be insane with 500.

It's been a while since I've bought a mystery box from Fugitive, but aren't they only limited to one per person? I'm sure there is some kind of work-around, but I doubt there would be any left if you tried to go back to buy a second.
