It really is random, considering this release also has action figures and is only shared with Target. Maybe target was the only one interested in the selling rights but they didn't want all of them, so Funko threw whatever was leftover on the shop.

I think that there have been two before this, The Jetsons Dorbz and the Funko Shop Freddys (because they do have their own numbering).

My page monitor went off and I was wondering why there were 10 new pops on the funko shop lol

I have noticed that the photos from ToyFair this year show Chase Jim wearing street clothes with the Amulet, though my proto of Chase Jim is in his armor. Looks like Funko got rid of the street clothes version?

It has done VERY well for Netflix so the interest is definitely there. Netflix promoted the show on their platform; having the service I saw it show up in lists quite a bit before actually watching it. I would regard things like The Leftovers, Silicon Valley, or Workaholics as questionable for eliciting interest.

It is a very odd way to distribute them. Especially seeing as Funko is the master toy licensee. It not as if there is some competing licence they have to work around.
