Pops Announced, Never Released

Are there any Pops! that have been announced but then canceled or forgotten that you wish they'd make?

It's too soon still but Hocus Pocus Pops were talked about a while back but there's been no talk or sign of them since that one mention. Those would be mine, unless they get made at some point, in which case, they aren't mine and you can forget that last sentence. :-"

Theres an awful lot. Most recent was Tom Cruise's Mummy. Also IIRC Seinfeld was in the catalog years back

I remember them announcing Galaxy Quest Pops a long time ago. There was also art for an unreleased series for Batman: Arkham City that I’m really bummed never made it to stores.

Some where sold, and they sell on Ebay for hundreds now....

They announced Star vs the Forces of Evil last year. I haven't lost hope yet, and am waiting patiently. The show is still on, so it's not out of the question (heck, Gravity Falls Pops came out after the fact)

Fight Club, Donnie Darko, Galaxy Quest and Star Vs. The Forces of Evil Pops! were all mentioned during the 12 Days of Christmas announcements and never happened. We got reaction figures for Fight Club and Dorbs for Donnie Darko, but I swear they said Pops! as well? either way they had the licenses.

The Gamestop preorder list for Mr Robot had Tyrell, he got replaced with Darlene. Still hoping for a second wave.

As for Pops! we actually saw images of, I was really excited for the Reservoir Dogs set which got cancelled. The Hateful Eight had Tim Roth's character instead of Mannix. Also the rest of the Monty Python and the Holy Grail set would have been nice.

There are a couple I know of. There’s the owl dude from Ms Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children. His proto made it out, but his character in the movie didn’t happen, neither did his production piece. Also, the Countess has a few concepts that were canceled but officially made, just not produced. Those sketches and glams have made it to the public.

Not sure. It seemed pretty legit to me. It was like a really zoomed picture because it was like in the back on a table or something.

Everyone wishes they could forget that movie. It was such a critical and financial flop that they mothballed the whole Universal Dark Universe over its failure.
