Famous Magician Pops

I've been into magic ever since I watched shows like Sabrina the Teenage Witch, where Penn and Teller were the head of the Witches Council. My boyfriend got me back into loving magic. We would attend magic shows, collect designer decks, and go to magic conventions and lectures. We occasionally would have the opportunity to meet famous magicians and I just think it would be cool to give them a Pop of themselves (and also get one signed for ourselves of course).

I know magic is a niche community but it would be nice to have some magician pops. Harry Houdini, or Penn and Teller 2 pack, David Copperfield, Dai Vernon, Lance Burton, Paul Daniels, Mac King, The Amazing Jonathan, Siegfried and Roy 2 pack, and Max Maven are a few that I think would be awesome.

What are your thoughts? Any suggestions on other magicians to be made?

That is a great idea! I remember watching David Copperfield many years ago and was completely blown away by his act! A Sigfried and Roy 2 pack would be a classic.

I could se some neat variants that could come out of these. David Copperfield with a chase "invisible" variant, Houdini with a "tied up" variant, heck even David Blaine with a "levitating" variant!

Ya know I’d probably buy a Penn and Teller. And Sigfried and Roy too I guess. Not sure how well the others would turn out in pop form.

I totally thought the title was referring to the show "The Magicians" as well and I got all excited! Love that show right now. Think it's a cool idea though - I loved watching David Copperfield's show when I was a kid.

This is a great suggestion. All of the entertainers would make excellent pops

To have pops from the show "The Magicians" would be cool too. But always gotta give respect to the OG magicians, the ones who create this form of art.

As someone who works in the industry, many of them are huge tools. But yes, Criss Angel might be the worst offender.

That said a Houdini pop would be slick, or a Blackstone. Penn & Teller would be cool too, and I suppose Copperfield deserves one just 'cause of who he is.

Whaaaaaat....omg i didnt know i needed this line! I would die for a Houdini pop. As a kid i used to visit a magic shop and my dad would buy me a trick or something if i had good grades. My dream was to be a magician...or Indiana Jones. Sadly, neither happened lol

. And the day that magic shop closed was a very tragic day lol

See i always gave him the benefit of the doubt when i saw him on tv....but then i saw his show in Vegas...2 of my favorite things, magic and Cirque du Soleil, how can i say no? Omg the guy almost ruined both of those things for me. It was horrible lol
