New Marvel or DC Character Ideas?

So we know that Marvel and DC are exhausting a lot of main characters that have already been brought to the surface and now they are kind of just spinning he wheel with new variants of the characters.

Here are my top 15 non spot light characters that I would love to see Funko bring to the surface. I think the question is, does anyone else even know who these characters are if they are not mainstream or if they do not read comics?

The only characters that haven't been made that come to mind for me are pretty much all either Spidey villains or X-Men. I'll get any Marvel I can, only if it's a cool character, though.

I'd like to see a Toxin, I love all the Symbiotes. Plus an original version of Vulture, Scorpion, Electro (again, original), Sandman and, to finish it off New Goblin from Spiderman 3.

the only character there I think would be even remotely obscure is Livewire, but she appeared in the cartoons enough times that i'm sure it'd trigger enough memories when people see her.

and since I was reading the 70s era Defenders that are available on Kindle comics after listening to a podcast about them:

Namor (the only one of these Defenders that I think even has a chance)

as far as i'm concerned there is no other version....

STAS and the Supergirl TV show have far more viewers than the comics have readers, and they both had a couple Livewire-centric episodes. I would not consider her obscure.

Apocalypse is a must make in my opinion. You cannot have the X-Men without having Apocalypse as one of their main villains.

Omega Red would also be very neat to see all the tenticals coming out of his arms.
