Formula 1 pops?
Anybody else interested in Formula 1 pops and hopefully rides? This season seems to be picking up and I'm hoping the popularity in the US will rise.

F1 fan here. This I could get behind. F1 is huge globally so I would think even if it's not that popular in the US yet, it should still be done because it'd sell well everywhere else. Plus I'd like to a a F1 pop rides.

Re: Formula 1 pops?
I’m not crazy abput F1 but i watch a few races here and there when flipping through channels. I’m sure Funko would need the proper liscensing for the vehicles, but it would be interesting to see them in pop/ridez form
What's up! I'm Stephan

Hard part might be getting licensing for all of the sponsors from each car. I think it is a good idea and I would definitely buy them though.

There'd be some real potential here, especially with the legends. Ayrton Senna would be immense!

That would be cool to see how they would pull off a F1 car and driver in dorbz form. Plus I’m not sure how the licenses would work out if they would have to get the car manufacturers or the teams and all there sponsors. It would be tough to do
As a F1 fan I would be all over these if they came out in dorbz or pop form

Sponsor licensing would be a nightmare but I still hope there'd be a way . Dorbz rides or varieties with helmet styles would be awesome. Doing classic drivers and cars would be great

I think the idea is great but I wouldn't collect. Living in the coast, you don't really get into F1 or Nascar. Just saying.

This would be cool. Especially if they can do some historical drivers like Senna, Prost, Lauda etc on top of the current crop.

Since Nascar is happening, why not Formula 1.

Re: Formula 1 pops?
A way around the licensing would be the cars/drivers in the right colours, but no actual sponsors shown....maybe?
Lauda, Prost, Schumacher, Hill and Juan Pablo Montoya would be pretty awesome as a “classic” wave

Kimi Raikkonen and Daniel Ricciardo would be the most popular. Myself, a big Michael Schumacher fan. Sebastian Vettel and Lewis Hamilton would be great as well. Fernando Alonso would be a popular one too. I could go on..... Formula 1 is a must in my household.

They could sell as many Ferrari pops as they could make, and at a price premium. Those fans are crazy.
Motorsports Rides would bring in a whole new market. It would be awesome....If they could land the sponsor licenses, Funko could print money.

Not so much in the US, but certainly Europe and Asia.

I would probably be more interested with them in their rides as I'd love to see them next to their car.

I would love to see some F1 or NASCAR vehicles done Funko style! Have you seen that show, Drive to Survive on Netflix? It's a Doc series following F1 and their drivers. It is really well done and beautifully shot in HD. I am about half way through it.
