Someone asked about Simpson pops yesterday on the Funko Twitter Q&A and the reply was maybe. Nothing to report. Looks 50/50 at this point which is better than nothing I guess lol

I'm kind of worried that the rumor that Apu will be a 7-11 exclusive (assuming that he actually gets made into a pop) will be true

After the deadpool experience I'm not so sure about letting 7-11 handle exclusives anymore

I think it’s obvious, but these are most likely gonna be part of the 30th anniversary for 2019. Maybe that’s why the wait is so long?

I couldn't agree with you more. Would love some more Simpson pops. Would look great next to my other simpson pops and 23 inch Krusty the clown.

If more Simpsons Pops do come they need to re-do the four that already exist. All of them are extremely dated and Funko could make such better looking versions now, not to mention how inaccessible they are to most collectors. I would love to collect every Simpsons figure Funko is willing to produce, but I won't start collecting them if there is no chance of having 3 of the main characters (well 2 for me, I have a Homer Pop that I currently don't display) in the set. Just put them in new poses and call it a day. If they can do it with every single superhero character ever they can do it for The Simpsons. And no Pie-Man and Bartman aren't acceptable Bart and Homer stand-ins; complimentary figures yes, but not as the main bones of the collection. Homer with a can of Duff, Bart with his slingshot, Marge with her handbag (or even better holding a properly scaled Maggie). These are the figures we need and honestly I can't see the line succeeding without them.
