2016 Golden Willy Wonka and Oompa Loompa 2 pack??!!

I just recently heard about the 2016 Funko Fundays Willy Wonka 2 pack. I also heard that only 4 were released at the Funday and there are only 10 in the world. And that the other 6 were either kept by Funko or given out to employees. If you know anything about this reply back because I am very curious about this Pop. :compress:

Yep, you pretty much got all the info haha. I remember Funko raffling off one of them and I know of an individual who does have a pair. I think $10k is about the going price when I last looked.

I heard the last one sold for 14k to someone on Facebook. They Took them out of box and they look beautiful. I would LOVE to one day own the set!

In 2016 they passed out chocolate bars to everyone at Fundays. If you opened one and found one of four golden tickets within the wrappers you won a tour and a trip to the Funko offices. Along with that were one of the four two packs, I’m pretty sure the others weren’t handed out at the event.

15k would be nice but no way would I sell them with such a great grail to have but an even better experience to be able to always tell for the rest of your life. After that can pass them onto your kids for them to continue the story!

I think to this day this is the coolest thing that I've heard of Funko doing during Fundays. I can't even imagine how exciting it must have been to be one of the four who received a golden ticket.

They did a similar giveaway with the Geoffrey the Giraffe pops. My parents said they saw a lot of them at our Toys R Us during the holidays, but they didn't think I'd like it. Regrets... :eek:

I usually am not a fan of simple spraypainting of Pops and saying it's a exclusive, but doing a real life Golden Ticket prize was such a genius idea

And I thought the 40 Gold hoppers that dropped this year was extremely limited
