The Predator Pops Discontinued?

I heard that all Predator Pops from the new film have been officially vaulted, due to some licensing issue.

I also read whatever they have made left over or are in stores are all that's left.

I'm curious why this happened...

While it's not unusual for Funko to vault movie pops super early, I don't think the source was credible for it being another "licensing issue". The reason I say this is because that rumor said the NYCC pop wasn't going to be available, but tons of people bought them and got them from NYCC.

Even if it's true, I wouldn't get your hopes up for a payout.

FYE gun Metal Predator was available on FYe yesterday so I doubt they were discontinued or vaulted.

When I picked mine up yesterday at FYE that is what they told me as well. They apparently were supposed to come out about 3 or 4 weeks ago and got pushed back to yesterday. They said this is it and no more Predator pops coming after these do to licensing issue. Do not if it is true but that is what FYE told me.

If this was that email screenshot circulating around, it's extremely unlikely that it's true, especially given that Funko haven't made any sort of announcement, which they did the last time something was vaulted early.

Yeah, this unfortunate reality is that if you're a collector today, you need to act really quickly to complete sets for this very reason.

Has anyone heard anything definite on this? I'm surprised the Amazon exclusive doesn't seem to have been shipped as I thought it was due on the 1st, although I'm not very familiar with Amazon, so don't know if that's a common thing with them?
