Favorite Effect/Finish on a Pop

We talk a lot about what pops we like to see but not the design of a pop. What is your favorite finish on a Pop?

Scented?
Flocked?
Metallic?
Chrome?
Glow in the Dark?
Light Up?
In a Pose?
Bobblehead?
Monochromatic?
Transparent?

I'd actually prefer metallic over chrome, since for some reason the chrome pops are lighter and cheap feeling. I also think any and all pops that have armor or metal should have those items in metallic. Characters that don't make sense(The Winchesters) shouldn't be metallic, ever. I realize it's more difficult to make parts of pops metallic instead of the whole thing, but still irritates me, personally.

Action poses are cool, and I'll always buy them for characters I really like, but overall they aren't a major selling point for me.

No real interest in any other style, except maybe light up, depending on what future ones they make.

For me personally it has to be the metallic pops, they just look so good when done right. For example metallic thanos, metallic freddy stark, metallic og spiderman, metallic green goblin.....Such....exquisite pops

Definitely metallic as well for me. The chrome Pops are cool, but don't come close to metallic IMO.

Glow in the Dark, because it can be any Pop and doesn't matter the color. Light up maybe is my second choice but so far I only saw the Iron Man, maybe need to see more before I really decided.

My favorite finish is a character appropriate finish. In my head, characters with hardware should have some metallic, furry characters should be flocked, characters that can glow should be GitD. But that's just me being a stickler. I feel any other variant would be no more than a money grab.

Flocked without a doubt. I love certain glow pops when they're done right but nothing beats flocked.

Reason: you can only enjoy Gitd when it’s dark and use the black light

I love the Patina effect! The Cthulhu looks so great so great with this unique paint job! I also really like a good glow in the dark especially if the glow works well, especially anti-venom. I would look to see more unique paint jobs like the black light pops! I'd love to see funko experiment with paint jobs to make unique pieces outside of the character it's based on. I'd love to see more sepia, black and white, and neon paint jobs!

Metallic for me too. I feel the metallic ones are more special and cool to collect. Whats nice is they haven't gone all out and make everything metallic yet.

metallic is the best. next i'd say gitd. chrome got played, flocked can look really bad, and not enough of the others to judge off of.

Tough choice but for me metallic edges out gitd... metallic is so cool just because of all the old sdcc and chase pops. My LEAST favorite ever has to be patina... never saw the draw.

Metallic and GITD are both pretty awesome when it comes to pops in my opinion. There have been exceptions of course like when the gitd wasn't that great and the pop being metallic just didn't make sense, however in general I like both of those effects/finishes on pops.
