The problem with those types of games, is by the time they aquire the license and are able to produce them, no one could be playing the game, thus no one would buy them. Look at fortnite, the pops came out way too late and no one really bought them.

For sure. So much of it relied on just seeing a release in-store before. Now you know a year before the game even comes out to watch for the pre-order
