Star Wars Episode 9: The Rise of Skywalker

So, we should be getting out first set of Episode 9 "Title Still Not Revealed Because We Are Mean" lol

Pops on October 4th in time for Force Friday #3!

I'm hoping we start getting some teasers soon, but what do you guys hope to see?

I'm hoping for a Leia, a couple new Reys, I'm sure there will be a Kylo and Finn, but I also hope we get a couple new characters. Those usually fun to try and guess their role in the movie and if they'll be important or not (Looking at you Constable Zuvio).

Idk what to hope for really. We now have two movies worth of main cast pops. I’m always down for more Kyle ren though! Of course more Rey would be awesome too!

I feel like it's hard for them to do much aside from the main cast before the movie comes out because of spoilers. Although, I do hope for a new creature or something now that I think about it!

I'm always looking forward to more Star Wars Pops! I hope we get a range of purposeful choices and not just a bunch of variants of the same character. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy the new trilogy, but the Star Wars Pop line went crazy, especially with Force Awakens (Example: so many Poes despite him being in the movie less than 15 minutes haha).

More Porgs. They make up about 5% of what’s left over of the Resistance, so i think that they’re going to be much more prominent in this new movie.

Episode 9 just ends up being one of those nature documentaries about Porgs with some Resistance stuff going on in the background :roflmao:

I want four to six new Poe Pops.

And a 10 inch Leia floating through space propped up by my hopes and dreams.

In all seriousness, I'm excited to see what we're getting this time even though my SW collecting has slowed.

I need a 10" Leia now, kthx. And I try to be extremely picky on my SW stuff otherwise I would just have too much. I also wait to see the movie to decide on new characters too.

Wouldn't she be perfect?? But same. I probably won't get many if any of the returning characters. Poe and Leia are the only ones I'd probably grab. I'll probably only go for any new characters this time around to save myself space.

I think I'll get more excited for these when they release a teaser trailer for the movie, I'd definitely be interested in some new characters/creatures rather than more Pops of the characters we already know.

Agreed. I suppose we'll see a few more of the same main characters in new costumes, some new troopers (or whatever the new movie contains as their equivalent), and probably some of the next generation of main characters (I'm guessing they'll be young(ish) like at the end of Ep8 with the little boy that made the save).

I’m hoping that since Kylo Ren smashes his old helmet they will introduce a modified cooler variant of his old helmet. Also kind of hoping that they will introduce more of the “knights of Ren” in this movie. I’m sure that will make for great charcter assortment and even better pops!

I think I'm pretty much only hoping for a Force Ghost Luke. I'm pretty determined to only stick with original trilogy characters for my collection so I'm selfishly hoping there is nothing really cool I'm tempted to buy from new characters lol

I really don’t know what to expect with IX. When TLJ ended, I really wondered where they will go from there. I am guessing/hoping that all is not what it seems and we will all have our minds blown. Especially since this is tbe conclusion of the Skywalker saga.

Also, since it’s somewhat relevant, who’s excited to see the pops for The Mandalorian show? I love the bounty hunter characters, so I think the pops from that show will be right up my alley.
