I've never owned one, but I have seen pictures. The glow has definitely improved through the years. Although, the recent re-release of Glow All-Might had a terrible glow. It was a disaster.

I charged them and then took the photos. i did however did some adjustments with the camera adjusting the exposure/ Shutter speed level.
The perfect cell i editted the photo slightly to brighten up the orange to match the intensity of the green.

oh yes agreed definitely. but i do really appreciate the old glow too. i felt the older glow pops had stronger and more long lasting glow.
Some of the notable ones i had (Jack and sally GITD, Mike wazowski SDCC, Tossakan, i even had a Freddy wobbler that was superrrrrr strong in glow)
But yes the newer glow pops did really improve!! Not only in terms of mould (not only pop but power effects like DBZ) but also colour combination (had more than 1 glow colour) but there were alot of disappointing ones of recent ones as well which i think funko was just being lazy.
Pops below really didnt cut it for me:
Cap Mar with lunch box
Goose
one of the LOTR (only the Vial glows)
Kingdom hearts Chase shadow heartless

OH! Very interesting. I need to both research and also play more with the exposure/shutter speed level.
When you edited the photo, which editing software did you use. Was it a full blown desktop program, or was it an editing mobile app? Sorry for picking your brain, but your picture is truly amazing to me. As soon as you used -what seems to me- photography jargon, I knew I had to ask questions

These are great! Really loving the glow on both.
Did you take the picture while still shinning the UV light on them, or did you just charge them and then took the picture?

I love the old glow (especially those Long lasting green ones)
But I also like how funko is evolving and constantly improving their products!

The TMNT 4 packs glow isn't very strong, but I love the glow on the Creature from the Black Lagoon.

i see that 4 pack as an iconic piece. funko pops really started 'blowing up' around that time. plus it was one of the first amazon exclusives i can remember getting.

Yup I would like to try to find all my glows and see if I can make one big picture like some I’ve seen on IG.
hehe you will probably need a UV Lamp instead of a torch.
I’ll probably have to buy a huge UV lamp . I’ll do a few at a time so how it goes.

Generally not that bothered about the GITD pops, but the recent Venomised Storm is absolutely top notch. Definitely knocked Twilight Ringwraith off of the #1 spot in my collection.
