I'm so confused. I got an email yesterday saying my order was shipped with tracking that is active and says due for delivery on Monday, but today I got an order cancelled email. Why are you playing with me, AT&T?!

My wife got the email today as well, but so did I even after I got the shipping email and the charge.

Sucks for those that waited but good thing there may be a restock.

I got the cancel email so I guess we'll see what happens in July. I already paid so I'll be looking for the refund I guess. Hopefully you get a package on Monday!

As a point of reference, I received mine and my order was taken at the end of the day, first day of release (whichever that day was). Anyone order later than that? Or next day and received it?

Add day and time of your own order, it'll help see who got it before or after you.

If you ordered on Monday April 15th, your pop was shipped about a week after that. People who ordered from the 16th and onward, is receiving theirs now.

Ugh, that is cruel. I would say if it's in transit you are prolly good though, unless the box shows up with a cancellation email inside *gasp*.

Count me in the camp that got a cancellation. I got two separate cancellations emails actually so I'm completely toast!! lol

Obviously not happy. Why did they send out those emails about delayed shipping if they oversold!?! They had to have known. And if they are getting more stock, they should be maintaining at least some of the orders if people are willing to wait. Now we have to go thru the same thing all over again and probably get screwed by flippers who got him already the first time.

Why does AT&T have to play with my emotions like this

Everyone was getting canceled yesterday but mine wasn't. Even got a shipping notification. But wake up this morning to check my order status and I've been canceled too. Didn't even get a cancellation email. Finally time to say goodbye for good to this pop. Not going to bother getting it on eBay or wait for the July drop :/

I laughed hard at their cancel reason though "this item flew off our shelves and isn't available anymore. Let's try this again."

Looks fake to me. My order is still canceled and on the top line it says "[Firstname]" instead of actually having a name in their. I'll believe it when I see other people get it.

I'm hearing people who were getting cancellation emails are now getting emails that their shipping is now being re-processed and to ignore the cancellation email. Not sure if this is 100% true.

Could be fake. When companies create emails like this they will have a spot where they get information from a database with dynamic areas that will change. They do that when adding people's names. So that's what the "[firstname]" is. Still could be fake. Here's hoping its not.

If you got a shipping email followed by a cancelation email you should be good. Mine shipped on May 15th and my 3 just got delivered. I purchased on April 16th at 10:11am in-store if that info helps anyone.

Yup. I got a cancellation email and then got another cancellation email today. I think the better choice would have been to reduce the number to 1 per so that everyone that ordered could have at least gotten one or of course the course of leave us on the list until July and then see what happens. Not happy about this whole ordeal but it is what it is.
