Once it becomes official I can imagine whoever was the account manager trying to get that McDonalds license is going to be quite celebrated. It seems to have been one of the most drawn out license negotiations.

Once it becomes official I can imagine whoever was the account manager trying to get that McDonalds license is going to be quite celebrated. It seems to have been one of the most drawn out license negotiations.

I would love Halloween versions of Yummy Mummy, Fruit Brute, and Tony the Tiger. Like Glow Mummy and Flocked Fruit Brute that was rumored last year.

Could be production also, making sure it has that "right smell" and doesn't discolor the flocking.

I’d have to agree with you on the Super Mario pops. I think it would look way cooler to display OOB next to my video game console.

As cool as Nintendo would be, no it’s going to be happening. Nintendo is super protective of their style guide and probably wouldn’t allow pops.

You’re right, there has been a lot lately, and I don’t mind it one bit. But I would really like to see more LE pieces being released, something between 1000-3000. lol

I think the lack of LE's has been affecting the popularity of the line slightly. I remember the hype was at a all time high when we had LE's coming out for the Ad Icon line. Me personally - I just want a flocked Toucan Sam - deliver it how you'd like mr.postman lol

I agree with that. I mean I get it from a revenue standpoint but man the early days of Ad Icon hunting and acquiring was a highlight of my Funko collecting history.

But the main ones I remember where the swamp thing that scented like pine, the strawberry shortcake scented like strawberry, and the MOTU stinkor that was scented like an old school factory toy, and the lilo stitch pop scented like dole whip.

I just think there hasn't been any pops that warrant the scent variant currently that wouldn't be a reach.
