According to this posted on Twitter by Yahoo Sports, it will be available on both the Funko Shop and at Footlocker. Guess we'll have to wait and see if its true.

I'm hoping since its a FootLocker and Funko Shop release that it will be a little easier then the LBJ Footlocker release. Hopefully it isn't a surprise drop either.

So funny, I saw an alert go up very early this morning on Twitter and almost had a heart attack, lol

it was a preorder for popculta. For a minute I thought footlocker was being sneaky with the release, and I was up at the right time. Just a false alarm. Well for us Americans and Canadians.
