More Watchmen Pops

I gave up on these a long time ago. I never grasped why Funko/DC have ignored Watchmen since 2013. The original story isn't going to change regardless of Before Watchmen, Doomsday, and this new series.

I really hope we'll see new Pops for Watchmen. I just picked up the first couple issues of Doomsday Clock, but I haven't read em yet. Still, new versions of the main original characters would be very welcome.

At the very least, I'm betting we'll see one wave for the new series.

I really wanted Manhattan and Rorschach for the longest time but never pulled the trigger on them because they didn't make the other Watchmen. I'm still amazed they didn't start fresh and make a full lineup in their comic book styles, but we can always hold out hope.

I hope they create and complete the comic versions POPs, on top of the HBO series. Am really bummed that both my Watchmen Pops are sitting on my shelves being incomplete.

I'm pretty sure that when the new show hits, Funko will take the opportunity to create more molds. I believe there are some that are out as of today.

Due to the fact that they are heavily pushing the new series and that funko has worked with them before. I dont think this would be something that is too difficult to put into motion. Plus the watchmen has a dedicated fan base fr.

I loved the movie as well, I even thought the changed ending was better than the original. I came to Pop collecting late, and Dr. Manhattan and Rorschach remain on my "maybe when the students loans and mortgage are paid off" list, so I am looking forward to a new series.

As much as I love this idea, I’m against it for personal reasons. I’d want all of these and then I’d want to go back and get the OG ones and that would be quite expensive. Add some new molds of the OGs and I’m all in!
