There was a Q&A that Brian did here or on the podcast last year. Someone asked about the Archie characters, Brian said he loved them, but when they approached Archie comics about licensing they said they were not interested...this may have changed with the success of Riverdale, but that was what Brian said when asked last year.

Hey all, with Garfield coming up another series Funko should create should be Archie Comics! These classic characters would be awesome to have, including Archie, Betty, Veronica, Jughead, Reggie and many more characters into Pop form! It'd be awesome to see Archie in his different outfits, including his iconic "R" sweater, or Jughead holding a hamburger and more! Hopefully this happens!

Jughead would be amazing to see as a pop! Not sure if kids today even know what Archie is but I'd be down for this set.

I read Archie as a kid and so these are a must for me as it reminds me of my childhood --- I used to also read Richie Rich so that would be one that I would love to have made, as well.
