SDCC 50th Comic Con Batman!

I was lucky to get in on preview night. We were waiting for someone to buy theirs when they open the line for the public.
That line capped in a heart beat.

I saw that line when it opened to the public during PN..it was CRAZY!!! I was there n made a u-turn after seeing how long the line was..

Finally opened mine and he looks great!!! One of my new fave's for sure!! Would have loved to have this with the SDCC sticker on the front but so thrilled I was able to get this one!!

Got mine today the Batman looks amazing, but the box was damaged in transit

Bummer sorry to hear that, I know Funko packages well but sometimes you just can't prevent how careless the delivery service is.

True, the 1st time I've gotten damage from a Funko Shop delivery. Will prob send pics and contact them about it.

True, the 1st time I've gotten damage from a Funko Shop delivery. Will prob send pics and contact them about it.

I thought for sure one of mine was going to be damaged once, the box was crushed. Somehow between the bubble wrap and cardboard box inside, it survived.

My fingers are crossed they will do something for you, I feel like someone should show them the numbers as to how much they make from us all shipping Funko Pops to each other.

It opened around 730ish and it was capped quick. They opened it again 30 mins before close.

Batman got the special treatment because of the 80th Year Anniversary that coincide with SDCC 50th anniversary
Doubt there will be anything special for next year..I could be wrong though.. (:

I feel like it won't be a yearly thing, but would be neat if it was maybe with more items though that aren't just pops.

It feels to me that there were a lot of the batman with sdcc bag produced. it didnt sell out as fast as i thought

That's true! Liked the idea of it but felt it was a bit "bare". Could use some more exclusive items

Yeah I would think the run count must be on the higher side given the amount they had at the convention and how long it actually took to sellout on Funko shop.

If I remember correctly.. it lasted a good 20-30minutes before it was gone..I hoping the OOS in seconds will be a thing of a past and everyone can get it easily now

Wish I'd known the booth had opened to the public. I would have tried to get a hold of one for a friend. Won a spot off the lottery for Saturday, so I got one for myself. No way am I giving away that bad boy! Lol!
