I got charged as well. I think that the interface of the website was just so bogged down that it affected the performance of what would normally be a fully functioning site. Good thing we got through though.

That's crazy I've read about other people having issues with the shipping charge too

They just fixed it today! They refunded the extra shipping and it came out to $50 for two pops after tax and shipping now! Big difference haha.

I've see people say they received an email after they placed their order and some said they didn't receive an email. I've also seen people that have already received their pop with an email being sent prior with tracking. I know Fluffy mentioned on twitter that his team is still going through orders etc so I figured I would maybe give it another week and if I haven't received anything than I'll reach out. It's definitely unnerving especially since I had so much trouble getting through and placing an order in the first place.

For reals? I tried getting some the other day for 2.5 hours. Kept refreshing and I got that little magic 8 ball and it wouldn't let me type in my card info.

And whenever I was able to type it in it went back to the magic 8 ball again before I could press purchase/continue. So frustrating.

It was...i guess the server couldn't handle the amount of traffic.

I shall start praying that the pops arrive and if so in decent condition. Probably an issue with the website given the amount of traffic they got

The Fluffy Pop my husband ordered arrived today (in great condition). He never received a confirmation email or anything, his card just showed that the payment was taken.

No shipping notice email at all, but I came home today with Fluffy waiting on the porch. Shipping box was a little beat up but the Pop was safe and sound.

I ordered 2, 1 for my son and 1 for my father in law. Both showed up several days ago. Both in perfect condition. Only problem was myself and my wife tried but never was able to complete the transaction. We finally received 1 confirmation email then received 3 cancellations with one being to the confirmation number. Just looked at the credit card and apparently 5 went through and 3 cancelled. Only received 1 order so emailed them the information so they can try and fix it. I did inform them after we did get a confirmation email that we only want 2 pops and have no idea if any other orders went through. Still waiting on a response from them.
