Conan Pops Confirmed: Iron Man, Jon Snow, Pennywise, Woody

I managed to get the set also by attending a few shows. T At the AT&T power hour if your were a at&t member they gave you a box with the whole set. No tickets needed.

I heard about this! I think it was only the first day, I went to another power hour and it was only 1 pop given to AT&T cellular users. I like how they were pretty strict with checking to make sure it was YOUR phone... enough loopholes nowadays for people to try and pull a fast one with screenshots, etc. . Just keep it fair yall!

Yup they were going into your phone and looking under settings your carrier. After it was verified the gave you and extra pop at different shows of the power hour. One of the other shows we attended they gave a sack back pack, mini portable charger, sunglasses and a random Conan pop as you walked in.

That’s amazing they gave away the full set to ATT customers. Hopefully next year they do the same thing.

I prefer it with the TBS logo on them instead of the SDCC sticker. Mostly, because TBS might keep a few to give away at later times.

That’s the best thing about sdcc. You get to do so much and meet so many new people. I sometimes forget that and spend too much time inside the convention

Im just happy my claustrophobia remained in check and I was able to enjoy my maiden SDCC experience. The people I met were definitely awesome!

You can follow the unofficial San Diego comic con on Twitter and they will post articles about what there is to do and see during SDCC. There you will find the list of show times and if tickets are required. There’s always a stand by line also. U can also look back later Incase u missed a blog.

Yup, and maybe I’m a little biased being a Funko and Conan fan , but Cocohouse won offsite of the year imo. Lol, timed shows and giveaways, you could at least plan around it.

yeah I never understood the lines if you couldn't get a reservation for the actual show. I just want to be able to line up and get the POP as well.

So glad to be around San Diego and able to get this year’s crop after the fact. Conan Pennywise may be the best one they’ve ever done. Big fan of the ones where they alter the face with a mask or coloring.

I’m glad i was able to make a few deals and be able to keep the Conan collection complete. I was able to get a ticket into the live taping but not the comedy shows or power hour. Maybe next year.

The comedy shows were a mess by Friday/Saturday. It didn't help that they gave out the Thursday ones to everyone that got in to the Thursday shows and then only 50 (?) per show for the Friday/Saturday shows. We had tickets to the 4:30 show Saturday, arrived 5 hours early (had to check out of hotel by 11), and barely got a Pop! to that show. I think they had about 6 left after us.

It also didn't help that people were scamming the system (I won't specify how, but there were a couple ways to do so). I really hope if they do it next year they figure out a better way to do it.

I also think they should have issued more tickets than seating since a saturday night at sdcc, you've got 100 different choices, so chances are people with tickets won't even show up. The ENTIRE standby line got in, and there was space left.

I am kicking myself now! Went to Marriott and got Reis to sign some TG and then I was only a block away at FYE waiting to get Ron English to sign some stuff for me and some Garbage Pail Kids stuff also signed. Ran into Mike when waiting for them to show up. Walked up after we got done but was over. I guess it is always next year. Really wanted all the Conan pops but only ended up with Jon Snow.

It sounds like you got to do some cool stuff though. The lesson I learned year after year is that it's just impossible to do everything

I enter every night, and use my 2 personal emails, work email and my wife's email .. and enter at different times. Just lucky I guess. Though last year I really wanted Pred Conan, but got Rebel Pilot Conan. :/
