Oh no, let's go big! Next year's Fundays theme is Harry Potter! Or we can expand it, and go with magic...and HP as part of it!

Yes please, all of this! So many great possibilities on this theme. Probably could be 5-6 good HP themed freddy...although it would hurt if they started putting out 1/24 gold version of characters...

Oh ugh, didn't even think of that possibility! Part of me says no, let's avoid it so I don't make myself crazy. But the rest of me knows that I'd love everything that would come my way from a magic themed (HP!) fundays, and would go home a very happy me! Purely sticking with HP, I'd want Freddy Dumbledore, Snape, Hagrid and Harry. Anything after that would be the cherry on my parfait!

Yeah, I agree, even with the potential torture of unattainable 1/24 HP variants, imagine how amazing a Yule Ball Fundays would be...now that would be truly epic at an entirely new level.

OMG, yes please! I'd leave there with no chance of getting my voice back for the weekend! It would be NUTS! Probably a little too specific a theme, but if we just go with magic, I'm good with that!

Colonel Sanders Freddy is my favorite, followed closely by C-3PO. Big Boy is definitely up there too! There were definitely a lot less Freddys this year than last year. I wonder why.

Ant-man for sure! Just won a Conan as a Iron Man, but Freddy as Ant-Man for the Ant-Man Collection is a must have!

Thank you and it’s hard sometimes because as a dad I try not to impose my ways of collecting or my likes on to my kids. I can expose them to things but they have to find what they are passionate about. It was cool having him interact with other funatics and do some trades. But I did draw the line when we got home after the con and he wanted to open it. Told him he can be an out of the box collector but needs to respect that mint box haha. We had an amazing time. It was our first Fundays and I can’t imagine not going next year. Been collecting for about 4 years and feel so blessed to have met so many amazing people.

Hey Bud I appreciate that. My son traded our extra Frankenstein for Ant-Man as he is a huge Marvel Fan. If the trade difference was triple digits he wouldn't have cared. He loves Ant-Man. That is what makes this hobby great. Its about collecting what you love.

Very cool! It’s not always about value in this hobby. He will always value Ant-man much more than an extra he doesn’t want and it will create even better memories over time. Collect what you want and not for value

So true. As a dad I just want my kids to enjoy our time together and have passion for their collection or hobby. I’m just trying to plant that seed that I hope they will carry on and build their own collecting of funko or any items they come to love
