Uncle Fester Walgreens Exclusive

I just received my Uncle Fester Walgreens exclusive and guess what...the lightbulb doesn't glow. I could have sworn the glam indicated the light bulb was gitd and had a gitd sticker on box. Also pretty sure Walgreens showed that as well when I placed my order. Just curious if anyone else out there got their pop and has the same issue. Regardless, it's a great looking pop and surprisingly it came mint...I can't tell you the last time I ordered from Walgreens and received a mint or even decent box lol

Yeah mine came the same way I thought it was supposed to glow in the dark too.

Luckily I found this one in store! I've given up on Walgreens shipping, they are the worst! Maybe worse than Amazon even lol

I don't recall these showing as glow when I ordered. I have a Fester and Dracula being delivered Monday but it would be nice if Fester did glow. Anything that glows is better in my book.

Ok, at least I'm not the only one. I know I saw the pic somewhere the indicated the lightbulb glowed and there was even a gitd sticker on the box. Maybe it was altered and not an official pic :-k

Maybe but I recall seeing it have a glow sticker when it was first revealed by funko.

I'm not an expert at Walgreens shipping but I do know that the speed at which they ship is unmatched. You order and a couple hours later you get your shipping confirmation.

It's been awhile since I ordered from them because of the quality of their shipping but i'll give it another shot next time! but even if it showed up the same day, i would hope it's in good condition though! haha

I agree with you that their shipping speed is awesome and like I said both my Dracula and uncle fester came in mint. This was definitely a first, but hopefully continues.

it definitely SHOULD have been glow plastic, however I don't recall seeing it ever advertised as such

I don’t remember them saying it would glow but it’s really weird to me that it doesn’t. Just seems like a no brainer.

Sounds like false advertising, when I ordered it the pic had a sticker that said gitd. I should receive mine anyday now but super disappointed.

I'll be very disappointed if mine doesn't glow because they were definitely advertised as slowing when I bought it. Even if they aren't listed anymore, you can even still find the glam that was originally up on Walgreens by googling and it has a glow sticker on it.

I'm glad to know I'm not the only one that saw that. I was beginning to think I was going crazy and made it up lol

I'm almost 100% positive when I ordered it also showed the gitd sticker. Let me know when you receive yours in if it in fact glows, obviously mine doesn't lol

Exactly! I mean I'm happy I got the pop, I needed it to go with the collection...but I'm certain it also showed the gitd sticker and that the lightbulb was suppose to glow. Oh well, honestly I'm just glad to know that I'm not the only one that placed an order and saw that on Walgreens site. Who knows maybe the gitd version is an exclusive to the funko shop. I mean orginally I thought it was suppose to go to the funko shop and not Walgreens in the first place.

I thought it was GITD too when I saw it on social media, but I’m not 100% sure, I wasn’t planning on buying it, but my daughter is very excited about seeing the movie.

Walmart has them all beat in the shipping Dept, atleast some of my pops from Amazon and Walgreens have come mint, Not a single one from Walmart min, its either crushed, cut on top, or with a huge sticker on top.

Haha yeah I don’t even bother with Walgreens unless I can get them online and even then I buy 2-3 just in case they arrive messed up.

I think you're right and that might have been the case. Oh well, maybe we'll see a gitd version in the future
