Temperature Reactive Pop!s
Listening to episode 121 of the Funko Funkast: Getting to Know Andrew Perlmutter... He brought up a cool idea for Pops that react to heat/cold.. I think this is a really fun idea!! I am always a sucker for color changing anything..hypercolor and uv reactive tshirts from the 80s..My kids have gotten hot wheels cars that change color with heat and cold too! Mood Pops would be fun.. and force me to take them OOB to enjoy/play with them
What Pop! characters and color variants do you think would work well with this idea?

YES. PLEASE!!! This would be too cool. I'd actually take a Pop! out of it's box (I'd probably buy one for in-box and one for out-of-box, though). Nessie would be perfect for this! Any type of aquatic character, really.

I did listen to this as I always do, this would be a fascinating idea. I would love to see funko pops like this in the near future. The only question is, how would funko pull it off?

This would be so cool, more reason to take things out of box! Goku's hair being black and then changing colors to the temperature?

that would be beyond dope.
I love the overall idea because it would allow for characters to sort of 'roll play' in a way.

Awesome idea!
I wonder if certain/themed Pops would be up for this, or any/all are being considered for the temperature treatment?

I was thinking the same thing as I listened last week, Kelly! I think a Radioactive Man variant w/ hypercolor abilities would be awesome. I think Mike (emcee) would back my request as well!

This is a really fun idea! The first pop that comes to mind that I'd like to see would be Mr Freeze, cold water - his suit would turn more blue, and in warm water - his suit would turn more red.

that's an interesting idea. I wonder if there's a way to make them so sensitive they respond to changes in room temperature. That would make for a pretty fun thermostat

This idea is extremely cool. I’ve always like those ones that change when you put them under hot water. For someone reason my 6 year old puts everything under water to see if it will change. Would definitely be cool to get him some pops that change color

This would be too cool! I see so many variants of Goku with different hair and sometimes I don't even know if I'm looking at him or another character (I don't watch DBZ). This would definitely help me know who is who!

I went to a local pin convention in town and one of the vendors had thermo reactive pins (where if you held t down, it would change to reveal another design). Pretty cool and I’d love to see this with Funko! Would probably need to OOB them.. or maybe people would just leave them out in the sun hah
