To be fair, that figure is over a decade old. Action figures have come a long way in that time. But Hasbro holds the master license to Marvel 6" articulated figures and they're currently not producing X-men and F4 merchandise (thanks to the Disney/Marvel and Fox battle). So unfortunately there's no chance for X-men movie figures from Hasbro, Funko, or any other company for that matter.

Why not both? Haha variants could be 40's style figure and normal ones can be the updated ones 00's-10' style. Haha. So many possibilities with legacy lines

All we got out of that was a tru exclusive wave of Comic Legends.
Don't expect ANY movie related merchandise from either property under Fox. Disney is doing absolutely everything in their power to crush the licenses, and Hasbro would be wise to heed their warnings.

It always gutted me that McFarlane cancelled their third wave, and also that even from headscans, my favorite character Jack looked nothing like Matthew Fox. I see other shows like GoT and Firefly getting the Legacy treatment, same for Penny Dreadful over at BBP, and I wish we got Jack, Locke, Sawyer, Sayid etc in that style.

GAH! Now you're talkin' my language! Sadly, this will never happen. I've tried to get Archie Pops made several times with no luck, and in a recent poll on what line should Funko make next, Archie finished dead last. But since we're dreaming, I'd want to go deep on this line; Moose, Midge, Dilton, Hot Dog, everybody! I'd really love to do a line based on the Afterlife with Archie series. I need an undead Jughead figure! But again, it'll never happen.

Along with their regular look, would like to have them in their Explorers of the Unknown costume look. Also January McAndrews from the future (Jughead's Time Police series).

Yeah, we just don't feel it has legs right now, merch-wise.

Once the upcoming live action Archie TV series on The CW goes on air, maybe Funko will revisit the possibility.

The show titled Riverdale will be executive produced by Greg Berlanti (Arrow, Flash, Supergirl).

Archie Comics Chief Creative Officer and 'Afterlife with Archie' writer Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa has written the script for the pilot.

My biggest wish is that someone from Funko would throw us a bone. I was so excited by the Legacy line when it was announced. I picked up every Firefly release despite the awful QC, and though I knew that a second wave was far from certain... I expected to at least know one way or another.

Please. Put the Legacy fans out of their misery. I know the GOT fans are in the same boat as well. I'm done hoping, but I'm sick of the silence
