ReAction Wish Lists

Let's talk about Funko and Super 7's great line of ReAction and Legacy action figures. They don't bobble or pop, but they thrill in their own fun way.

Josh Brolin did have a figure in Jonah Hex and in a round about way due to looking very similar to Tommy Lee Jones one for Men In Black 3.

Oh good point. I completely forgot about Jonah Hex. So then here is hoping I get a Brand figure now. Unless they want to keep Brolin tucked in their back pocket for when they make Thrashin' figures lol

Now that NECA has confirmed they are not doing Planet of the Apes in 3-3/4" scale (they've got nothing planned at that scale), I hope the terms of their license leaves open the possibility of POTA in the ReAction line. I want 3-3/4" Apes so bad it hurts. Probably my #1 dream line.

Agreed on Planet of the Apes. One of the toylines I've been dreaming about since the 1970s.

And as far a wish list?

Planet of the Apes
Escape from New York
Big Trouble in Little China
Buckaroo Banzai
Space 1999
and my holy grail would be The Dark Crystal

And here's what may be a completely redundant question: Do we know what the confirmed ReAction figures are going to be? At least what we know so far? I've heard Classic Star Trek, Buffy, Universal Monsters, maybe Escape from New York? All of which have me very excited.

From Brian's posts (one in Funko speaks, and the ReAction/Legacy one at the top of this forum) we know of:

Back to the Future
Aliens
Predator
Firefly
Universal Monsters
Terminator 1 & 2
GOONIES
Escape from New York
The Rocketeer
Nightmare B4 Christmas
Pulp Fiction
Buffy the Vampire Slayers(TV)
Star Trek Classic
...and the ever-lovin' "many, many more!"

Dark Crystal was there at one point, but now I don't see it so it may have falled through. I hope not. Been wanting Dark Crystal figures since the movie came out!

I sure hope we see Andy, Brand & Stef. I was really bummed they were overlooked in the Mezco line and the Pop figures. The Goonies is all 7 kids. Not just 4 (and Sloth).

It'd be pretty easy to do two great waves:

Mikey
Chunk
Andy
Sloth
Ma Fratelli
Francis Fratelli

Brand
Mouth
Stef
Data
Jake Fratelli
One Eyed Willie

:bounce: Yes please! Sounds perfect to me. I'll take them all.

I didn't catch the Rocketeer before. I used to always want a Rocketeer figure when I was a kid. I did have the BendEm figure but this would be 10 times better in either ReAction or Legacy form.

How about SCREAM?

Sidney
Gail
Dewey
Tatum
Randy
Billy
Stu
Casey
Ghostface

It'd also be fun to see figures from other installments, most notably Sarah Michelle Gellar & Parker Posey's characters.

Halloween would be fantastic. I've always lamented the lack of "victims" in tall of the horror lines. Yeah - Jason's great...but Jason's pretty boring to display without someone to terrorize/defeat him.

Time Bandits is SO deserving of a toy line. I was bummed as a kid that there were no toys, and I am still bummed as an adult.

Maybe a legends of Rock/Music figures?

Series 1:
Kurt Cobain
Jimi Hendrix
Jim Morrison
Joey Ramone
Slash
Johnny Cash

Series 2:
John Lennon
Jimmy Page
Ozzy Osbourne
Elvis
Janis Joplin
Freddie Mercury

I mean you could probably go on-and-on but I think that would be pretty awesome. I would love a Dave Grohl, Anthony Kiedis and Billy Joe for more of the legends but still going strong crew.

A Big Lebowski set would be great. It probably wouldn't happen but Clark Griswold in a Blackhawks jersey would be about the most amazing figure ever haha. Any Clark in general would be fine by me though. Maybe a Totally 80's line with Clark, Ferris Bueller, Jeff Spicoli, Andie Walsh, Lloyd Dobbler, and Axel Foley just to get it started.

But seriously Funko, we need an Atreyu.

Nosferatu (1922)
Maria the robot from Metropolis
Creepshow
Big Lebowski
Land of the Lost (I would buy so many Sleestaks!)
Flash Gordon (1980s version for sure and the original too)
Forbidden Planet
Lost in Space
MORE Universal Monsters and supporting cast like Colin Clive as Dr Frankenstein
Fright Night 1985
Planet of the Apes - I'd buy Gorilla Soldiers by the caseload :)
Monster Squad
Time Bandits
Last Starfighter
Princess Bride
INDIANA JONES!
Jaws

But I also want more of what we're getting. The rest of the Alien cast, the rest of the Goonies and the Fratellis and One-Eyed Willie

The Monster Squad
Legend
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Original 80's Cartoon)

Evil Dead/Army Of Darkness
Die Hard

I am so excited for this line, already pre-ordered a few figures.

A few things I'd like to see are:
· Back to the Future 2 & 3 (Bttf2 Marty, Doc, & Griff, and Bttf3 Marty, Doc, & "Mad Dog" Tannen at the least)
· Bill & Ted (I heard rumor there might be plans for this already)
· The Blues Brothers
· Doctor Horrible's Sing Along Blog
· Ernest Goes to Camp (or any Ernest movie, for an Ernest P. Worrell figure)
· Ferris Bueller's Day Off
· Galaxy Quest (I was sort of surprised figures weren't made when the movie came out)
· Pee-Wee's Big Adventure (or Pee-Wee's Playhouse, I just think A Pee-Wee Herman figure would be great)
· The Princess Bride
· Scott Pilgrim vs The World
· Short Circuit (Johnny 5)
· Spaceballs

Army of Darkness!

With such great characters and a ton of different monster and deadite designs, they could really make a lot of cool figures from this movie

Does anyone know when will we receive the next series of licence announcements?

Is Funko waiting for SDCC or could it be even longer than that? I'm really interested to hear what other licences will be included in ReAction (and Legacy and PoP) and I'm continuing to hold out hope that Xena: Warrior Princess may be one of them.
XENA: Warrior Princess AND Gabrielle: Battling Bard deserve to be immortalised in plastic as Funko Pops!

Loads of really great suggestions. Plenty I'd love to see but I think my tops are

X-Files (even if it's just Mulder & Scully)
Star Trek (any and all)
Space 1999
Blake's 7
Sapphire & Steel
Planet of the Apes

It was on the initial announcement, but has since removed. That could mean the deal fell through, or Funko is saving it to announce later. I sure hope we get them.

Ok, I thought so. Thanks for the clarification. The Aviva Dark Crystal line has been my most wanted set of toys since I learned about them 15 years ago. I'm forever hunting the prototypes (haven't had any luck) and was hoping that with the rebirth of the Alien line, the chance would be there to revive it.

Alrighty, here's my list. Some of these may look familiar.

-Robocop
-Judge Dredd (from the movie DREDD 3D)
-Conan The Barbarian (one based on Arnold's version and one based on the 2011 version)
-The Red Pyramid aka Pyramid Head(From the SILENT HILL movies)
-Rawhead Rex (From the movie RAWHEAD REX)
-Chatterer, Butterball, and The Female Cenobide (From HELLRAISER)
-The Creeper (From JEEPERS CREEPERS)
-Maximillian (From THE BLACK HOLE)
-The werewolf from THE HOWLING
-The werewolf from AN AMERICAN WEREWOLF IN LONDON
-Ash (From the EVIL DEAD movies)
-Cassie Hack (From the HACK/SLASH comics)
-Riddick (From PITCH BLACK, THE CHRONICLES OF RIDDICK, and RIDDICK)
-Bigfoot (an original design)
-The Jersey Devil
-Victor Crowley (From the HATCHET films)
-Chromeskull (From the LAID TO REST films)
-Lockjaw (From the 2011 film CREATURE)
-Pumpkinhead
-HIGHLANDER (movies and TV show)
-Xena: Warriar Princess
-Hercules: The Legendary Journeys

I think that's a good start. I'm sure there will be more eventually. Funko, take notes.

Note: In case no one has noticed, I've updated my list a bit.

With all the news about TMNT stuff I would love to see a proper 1:18 scale TMNT line of some sort. the 87 cartoon would be a great place to start and would look pretty good in ReAction form.
