ReAction - How do you buy and display???

Let's talk about Funko and Super 7's great line of ReAction and Legacy action figures. They don't bobble or pop, but they thrill in their own fun way.

Depends on the property and character selection. Some I will buy a couple sets, one to keep carded, one to open, and others just a set to keep carded. From some properties,I will probably just buy random characters, and most likely keep them carded.

So far with Alien, I have bought one full set to keep carded, and have a loose Alien and Ripley.
With the Zica, Six Million Dollar Man, I bought two sets of three, one to open, one to keep carded.

If they retail for $10 a piece I may buy 2. One carded the other out.
The pulp fiction and horror reaction look great but I can't decide on how I want to display. So it may be 2 of each.

I think the fact that the packaging for these is a big part of that "vintage" look, it would be difficult to remove the figures. Though I'm an MOC collector through-and-through, so it was never really a choice for me.

I may collect the horror line...but I will leave the packaging in tact. As Chris said, the vintage look of the packaging is a big part of the appeal... Especially for a nostalgic collector such as myself.

And Krofty, those Sleestack are so awesome! Love your collection!

I'm conflicted. I have the Early Bird Alien set MOC, and they are really fun. I bought an extra set of black cards and opened those. But I wouldn't do that with all of these I'm getting. On one hand, I'm definitely an opener. On the other hand, part of the fun of these are the cards.

I use a thumbtack to hang all my carded figures.
It's the perfect "peg" to hang carded stuff.

I'm just going to keep slicing open the bottom of the bubble with an exacto knife to pull the figures loose and save the packaging to replace the figure and tape it shut when I want to display it carded again. These are just too cool to not open, and a lot of the generic cards like BTTF and Terminator arent worth keeping carded. I'd kill for a Kenner-esqe vinyl collector case!!

The only place I've seen them fr sale around me has them for $19.95 each so buying multiples isn't really an option. I really want an Alien and Ripley, and I'd have to open him to play with the jaw but I'd probably leave her carded.
Truth is singular. Its versions are mistruths.

I'm definitely an opener, so that's what I would do with the ones I pick up in this line.

I'm an opener too. And I just preordered the Rocketeer.

All the others I'd like to see in hand before committing so I hope my local Forbidden Planet stocks them. :)

I will buy the Rocky Horror figures. I want all the Columbia figures,Magenta, Riff Raff (specifically, his space suit version, this might help me get over my fear of the ending, which is one of the only scenes I watched. I might watch the movie when 2015 comes around because I will be the right age to see it, which is 17, but I might see it earlier if I am mature enough), and Janet. I will display them on my dresser.
Shivering in antici...pation for the Rocky Horror Pops! and ReAction figures.

I bought the Alien figures as a set and they arrived in a Funko box designed to fit all five figures snugly and securely. I intend to keep them as near mint as possible on the card.

I don't intend to buy many of the figures in this line, but those I do purchase will probably stay on card as well.
My name is Andrew and I have a Pop addiction.

Hoping to find a Bloody Chase variant Leatherface Pop to complete my Horror Chases.
