New Magic The Gathering Planeswalker Action Figures

Let's talk about Funko and Super 7's great line of ReAction and Legacy action figures. They don't bobble or pop, but they thrill in their own fun way.

I'm surprised we haven't gotten a thread sooner. No one has really said anything about these yet. I don't play, I really have zero interest but they are really awesome looking. That Lion/Tiger looking thing is badass. I'm digging the guy in the hood too. Again though, I know absolutely nothing about these.

I guess that makes sense. I was just thinking someone would have gotten excited and made a separate thread sooner than what it happened. The TF thread has a lot going on.

I used to be a huge Mtg geek, and even though I've stopped I really like these.

These are a cool idea, but who are these Planeswalkers? As someone who played a TON of M:TG in the '90s but has been out of the game for 15 years, I have no idea who these are. Why not some of the iconic characters from the cards themselves, like Hasbro was going to do: http://www.entertainmentearth.com/item_ ... _1_Set.asp

The Serra Angel, Sengir Vampire, Lord of Atlantis, Ernham Djinn...I would have bought ALL of these. These Planeswalkers I have no connection to. But I don't know, maybe modern players love these characters and it makes good financial sense.

These are all the "main" planeswalkers, they've become very popular and that's mainly why your not seeing older planeswalkers.

While I don't know much about the game, I am in love with these figures!

I also hope they branch out beyond the planeswalkers, but I am extremely happy with the first set as it is. Every figure is a work of art.
