Super 7 Reaction SDCC

Let's talk about Funko and Super 7's great line of ReAction and Legacy action figures. They don't bobble or pop, but they thrill in their own fun way.

My guess is either Alien Egg Chamber or Space Jockey or maybe a combination of both!

" It’s nearly time for the mighty San Diego Comic-Con, and Super7 has some huge surprises in store! We have been diligently working all year under the strictest secrecy on three brand new, Exclusive ReAction Figures items: the XXXXX XXX XXXXXXX XXXXXXX, the ????? ???? ????? ??????? ???, and the XXXX XXXXXXX XXXX XX X XXX!!!

What’s hidden behind all of those ?’s and X’s? Stay tuned to find out! ".

Since they already revealed another item as the Alien Egg, I am hoping the first box is for the Space Jockey.

I really hope one of these is some kind of a playset. How awesome would some form of Nostromo interior or the escape pod from the climax of the film. But i agree that a Space Jockey set would be cool as well. So many possible things this line could produce. Cant wait to see what they have in store.

It's Pulp Fiction, even the image file name which was linked on the blog was titled so. Hence I mentioned it above the image.

Very excited to see what the Alien playset is! It says "Assembly required" and "Action figures not included" on the bottom right corner of the box front so hopefully something pretty big

I'm intrigued by the Pulp Fiction one. That has me stumped.

I saw someone guessing Vincent's car? That'd be interesting. I saw that the alien pod is some kind of blind bag thing?

That Alien blind egg thing sounds awesome. $25 is kind of pricey but I say that now not having any clue what you really get. Kane with bursted chest and Alien accessory haha? I can't wait to see how these turn out.

Wow. Cool concept and like the idea of the egg 'packaging' doubling as a base but how many different figures are there?
I'm definitely going to try to get 2 and see what all I get. Hopefully the figures aren't too hard to pick up on the secondary market if they're really cool.

Very informative. Wish I could go to SDCC to pick up some of the eggs. Where will they be available online, if anywhere?

And you didn't post the Egg Chamber Playset!

The egg chamber set was posted in another thread. Wondering if the eggs light up in the play set?

Doesnt look like they will be selling figure eggs anywhere but at the con. Judging by the interview. Super 7 does have an online store but not sure they will make them available or not.

Ah, I see the other thread now. Doh! #-o

Guess I'll be resorting to ebay to get the figures from the eggs.

AWESOME! Those were 2 I was hoping for. I'm also hoping there's a GITD Alien at SDCC too!

I am not too enthused about the playset being offered as an SDCC exclusive. The Egg Chamber scene is iconic to the whole Alien storyline. This needs to see a wider audience. There are more than 250 Alien fans in the world. Do an HR Giger memorial set or something. Just get it out there! If too many obviously gaping holes are left in people's collections interest in this stuff will start to dwindle. Don't over saturate the market but don't ration out the product either!

Agreed. It's such a cool piece, it seems a shame to make it exclusive. Mass-produce it for $50 and cast it in plastic.

Price point, insanely low number, SDCC exclusive, resin. They will sell out instantly and be scalped for mucho.

I can only hope a regular retail version comes out, but doesn't seem likely.
