Walgreens Exclusive Tyrion Lannister Legacy Figure

Just picked up the exclusive Tyrion yesterday. They had a nice display right by the registers that had a few Tyrions on it. Best part was he was only $16.99. Here's hoping the Prototype Boba Fett and Agent Venom exclusive figures are as easy to get.

Agent Venom is sold out AFAIK. We have never really had pre-orders on Walgreens.com before and I don't think the anticipated it. My store isn't getting any, but we are scheduled for Boba Fett still.

Don't worry, I'm sure the pre-orders will be filled! It just means the stores won't get any, haha. I'm still trying to find Venom in our store's system but its non-exsistant. I will take any and all blame either way!

I found my Lannister. Good thing they had several because the face paint was horrible! Huge dots of missing paint on noses, extra sloppy brown paint marks from poorly painted beard stubble. Quality control is not what I would have hoped for.

I found one after some looking. And then found another with better paint apps today, so I'll return the other. Yeah, I know it's hard to get the pin fully painted, but I did find one. I'm just surprised that a few had missing pain on the wrist/palm pin.

I also got the info for venom if people are hunting for them, or when boba is released.

I must say our new toy buyer seems like a cool guy. For years I have been shooting letters up through corporate on how to improve our toy department. I'm sure all the exclusives have a pretty high-limit quantity but its nice to not have to go to Walmart for exclusives.

My local Walgreens (Eastvale) has plenty of the GoT but was out in Gand Terrace and there was nada, I don't think they carry any, didn't even see space for them.

It seemed to me that Walgreens Exclusive was pretty poorly painted in comparison to the regular version of Tyrion, either that or I got a really good one the first time around. I ended up passing because I didn't like any of the paint apps. There were like 5-6 different ones and they all had paint issues on the face. I'm happy with my S1 Tyrion but I would have bought him over again in the hand outfit had I found a good one. Maybe I'll come across a better one at some point in the future.
