12 Days of Christmas ReAction Announcements Discussion

Let's talk about Funko and Super 7's great line of ReAction and Legacy action figures. They don't bobble or pop, but they thrill in their own fun way.

Classic Star Trek and Jaws for me. The rest don't interest me much. Might get a couple from Gremlins. Not at all interested in Star Trek (Next Gen.), Boondock Saints, or Breaking Bad (Breaking Bad was an awesome show, but I don't collect stuff from it, and it's a weird choice for vintage style action figures.) Cool Dark Crystal is back on the board, but not a big fan of the movie.

Man I am hoping for Planet of the Apes.

Looks like it's goi to be another expensive year for me! DarkCrystal made my day. I can't wait to see pictures of all these lines and I hope Star Trek will go way beyond two waves. I wonder how they will go about bringing is larger characters and monsters like the big fishy from Jaws and the Garthim from DarkCrystal. All in all, 2 days in and we get this announcement! It's going to be a fun year!

Looking forward to Star Trek, both Classic and TNG and T2. May pick up some Gremlins. I hope Goonies gets a Series 2 with Brand, Stef, Andy and the Fratellis.

Dark Crystal Dark Crystal DARK CRYSTAL!!!! I had a bit of a...moment when I saw that. There's not enough good products for Jim Henson's non-Muppet work so this makes me SO HAPPY! Plus it gives me hope we may see something Labyrinth.
Not gonna say no to Gremlins or Breaking Bad either.

Star Trek alone has me ecstatic. Dark Crystal has me overjoyed. Jaws has me curious. Of course, the shark has to be part of the line...but he should be bigger than a standard carded figure. Good stuff coming!

The Xenomorph is a little bigger than the people so I'm intrigued with what they'll do for Bruce for Jaws.

Excellent news! Excited for pretty much everything except Dark Crystal (sorry, just not a big fan). I'm glad they're willing to do Breaking Bad in the ReAction design because this means there's a chance for other newer properties like Game of Thrones. Yay!

This of course is already bad news for my wallet...and we're only two days into the twelve days of Christmas announcements.

As you can probably tell by my avatar, I'm VERY excited. :)

I can't wait to add these to my Dark Crystal collection.

My curiosity now has wondering if they're going to remake the discarded Aviva line (i.e. Alien) or it's going to be all new sculpts. I just pray that they expand this line a little: Skeksis, Gelfings, urRu, Garthim, Landstrider. Podlings...

I'm curious to see what they're doing for jaws also. I'm sure star trek will be a hit.

Also haven't seen much love for the boondock saints.

Thank you, Funko, so much for announcing JAWS ReAction figures. I have always wanted Brody, Quint, and Hooper action figures. I can't believe that it has taken 40 years, but just knowing they will soon be here is an amazing Christmas present. Thanks.

I NEED all of the Breaking Bad ReAction figures. Somehow, this style seems perfect to me for Breaking Bad.

The JAWS shark should be boxed like the vintage SW Dewback, Tauntaun, Wampa. Would be so cool. Not liking the idea of a bigger card that Reis hinted at in the questions thread.

Very very very excited about the Star Trek lines (both of them!) in particular. But can't wait to see some of the others too. Can't believe there was never an ET line. Should fill a void nicely.

Star Trek Next Generation, JAWS, Terminator 2, Breaking Bad, and Gremlins are the ones that I have high hopes for. But I only get a figure or two from each license generally.

Please make ALL the marines from the Aliens line. I know it's probably not possible but if they come with removable helmets and backpacks, that would be awesome. Drake and Vasquez should be able to hold their smart guns with two hands like vintage SW Weequay.

Also, if any vehicles are on the horizon, the APC and Dropship that connect would be the perfect first vehicles for the Reaction line. :)

Mostly agree with those lists. For Big Trouble though, we'd really need a Wang Chi and hopefully get Egg Shen as well. Breaking Bad NEEDS to have a Mike figure. And hopefully ALIENS will be a two wave set with Newt, Burke, Gorman; and Vasquez in addition to the ones you mentioned, at least. (along with the Warrior Alien)

And a Gorn in Star Trek would be pretty awesome.

Also have a feeling we'll see the Shop Keeper from Gremlins in that line.

Once we see pictures of the Boondock figures someone needs to post it to Norman's Facebook page. He loves stuff with is face on it and will push the figures out to his messes of followers.

I think that with Better Call Saul coming soon, we will definitely get a Saul and Mike from the Breaking Bad line. I also really hope that V For Vendetta will get us a couple of figures, however I don't see it happening. I hope V at least comes with a knife.

I am most excited for the Rocky Horror figures, especially COLUMBIA! YAY! SO EXCITED FOR ALL THE COLUMBIA VARIANTS! The RHPS ReActions were announced earlier in a Funko video according to the POP Wishlist thread.

As for the other lines, I will possibly get Kate and Grandpa Fred (due to X Entertainment's A Lesson from Grandpa Fred) from Gremlins and the little girl from E.T. (I haven't watched the movie in a long time, so I forgot her name.)
Shivering in antici...pation for the Rocky Horror Pops! and ReAction figures.
