Why won't they just clearance him out then? It's not a bad price at 40 odd bucks with shipping.

I think they mentioned that cost on a hikari is right around 37 each. At that price they already aren't making much.

Wholesale on a Hikari is $37?? Can't be...all the ones that are sold for $45 would mean there's only a $10 profit. That's not that great of a margin at all.

When the Hikari figures started out, their wholesale base price was $40 + shipping. Only recently did Funko lower the base price a bit so retailers have a fighting chance of turning over enough profit to make it worth their while to sell these higher priced but absolutely amazing figures.

I managed to snag one of these for only 10 bucks at Anime Boston this past weekend. Along with the Black/White Skeletor.
SO pleased with this. :D
