Region Exclusives?

Are some Hikari exclusive to a certain region? I see a ton of sellers in Australia with the Live Wire Kylo Ren, but nothing in North America. Do they get released later here?

Normally they are in sync with each other. Sometimes a store exclusive would hit them first but only by a few days or maybe a week or two for the last two Hot Topic Kylo Hikari. Live Wire is the first IIRC to hit PC but not see a stateside release.

There has also not been a HIkari Friday since before D23 so not sure what is up with them right now.
