They did yesterday morning. The 1/24 was $375 or so, the other two which seem to be 1/100 were $200 maybe $250. I can't remember exactly. But they went fast.

I'm really bummed that I wasn't able to get the chef deadpool and bat mobile Dorbz at SDCC. Once my friend got to the front of the Funko line they were sold out. Almost pulled the trigger on a signed Stan Lee Dorbz from the Stan Lee Collectibles booth for $100 but it was a little more than I wanted to spend on it.

I'm bummed about Chef Deadpool too, as I completely forgot about him. I was only there for Fun Days, but I wish I'd thought to have someone look.

I did get a Magneto Proto Dorbz from Fun Days though, so that makes me a little less sad about Deadpool.

Batman ride, Huckleberry Hound, and then the 2 Banana Splits rides are the only Dorbz I missed out. I can't complain though!

Dorbz Batmobile is still in stock at PC, at 47 bucks USD it's not as cheap as at the con but it's not unreasonable:

Did the same to me, I wondered if they had raised the price but no, it's a glitch. Even though it says USD it's displaying the AUD price. If you add it to your cart and switch the view to USD it'll show the right price. Or if it's already USD, then switch it to AUD then switch it back.

Thanks for straightening that out for me. I originally saw it for $69 on the site and decided to pass but $47 seems like a decent price. I guess I'll pull the trigger on that amongst other things. I swear SDCC season is the most expensive time of the year.

After striking out on the Wreck it Ralph Dorbz on FPI, PC, Gemini, and Toy Wars, I broke down and resorted to eBay. My consolation, is that I at least got it for less than the going eBay prices. I just didn't want this set to become the 12th Doctor with spacesuit from last year where the price skyrocketed out of reach.

Maybe they got another shipment. If so, that's good. It gives everyone who missed out the chance to get one for a not stupid price. Mine was just given to give USPS. I hope it arrives in decent shape. And that sticker is coming OFF of that window, if that's were they put it. :roflmao:

So sorry. Come here. Give us a hug <<<hug>>> :(

Seriously, though. They raised the price. When I ordered it was 14.50 BP and I did ask for a shipping quote before I ordered so that extra charge was not a shock. Those few dollars can make a huge difference when converted USD to BPS. Sucks. Sucks very hard.

Please don't hate me.

No hate. Just wondering why I was charged shipping twice. You'd think the shipping calculator would have been accurate. $20 to ship one Dorbz to the US seems insane.

I guess I miss understood your question. I ordered online after SDCC and got them in about a week for $31 shipped as the were running a sale the day I ordered. However, they have been spotted in stores here in Georgia.

it's been bothering me for quite some time now since i saw a chef deadpool dorbz that has a Summer Convention Exclusive sticker...i believe it was only released as a 2016 SDCC LE1000 limited edition pieces? it clearly indicates the number of runs/units available as 1000 pieces only...and as far as i know, only generic SDCC stickers can end up with SCE stickers outside the convention which you can buy from local stores like hottopics, barnes&nobles, gamestop, etc...
can someone pls expalin how did this happen? thanks :)

Best guess, Popcultcha and Forbidden Planet have non-numbered convention stickers. I ordered Chefpool from a smaller retailer in the UK and had no sticker at all (thank Jeebus). I also saw several on ebay from Japan and China with no sticker. So, there were more than 1000 actually made.

Same here. That put it over my budget, and didn’t make it a good deal anymore, so I asked to cancel it. I’ve gotten similar sized products from the UK for a cost that is similar to the original shipping amount. They then said orders cannot be cancelled due to the additional shipping costs being too expensive. Then after thay, they said that they could refund it this time, but would charge a 5 GBP fee.

IMO, that’s misleading. There was no place during checkout where it said an extra fee would be charged (after looking around their site, it’s listed on a separate page), and saying that’s not a reason to allow cancellations, or charge a fee for cancellations, is just ridiculous. I’m thinking of going through Paypal to get a refund.

Similar questions have been asked many times before and the general consensus around here is that if something is a numbered edition then while they may end up with different stickers or even no sticker depending on where they were sold, there were still only that number made in TOTAL. So for example (and I'm just making numbers up as an example) this Chef Deadpool is limited to 1000, there may be have been 500 with SDCC stickers, 300 with Summer Convention stickers and 200 with no stickers. Just because they don't all have a numbered SDCC sticker doesn't mean there were more than that number made. That said, no one really knows exactly how many of any of them are made. I mean does Funko even know exactly how many one of their factory makes? Probably not. Just out of curiosity I looked at PPG and it shows that 164 people own Chef Deadpool, so while that doesn't definitively prove anything it does give an indication that it's a pretty rare one and the 1000 number could very well be true. If there were 1200 of them logged on PPG then I'd start wondering.

Good luck. It's a shady way of running a site and I've never seen any where else do it that way.

Thanks! Paypal fortunately issued me a refund, but said due to the unique circumstances also let the vendor keep the money. Seems a little odd that they "rewarded" (I use that term since they got to keep both the product and the money) them for their shady way of running a business, but at least I'm not out anything & know to not do business with them again and can warn others to make sure they are aware of Elgin's shipping policy before buying anything.

so why put and indicate the limited number runs?

Why not just simply place a generic sdcc on all items coz it might end up in other shops as well...

like the xmen dorbz it only has a generic sdcc sticker so you wont be surprised to see them selling outside sdcc with an sce sticker...

This particular chef dp dorbz clearly stated that it is only available inside sdcc bcoz its LE1000...that is what it is supposed to be having that particular sticker...

so if this was the case then we can probably expect those sdccLE500 or even those sdccLE24 to show up somewhere in the near future having SCE sticker? Coz clearly these numbering has no "hard rule" relevance and importance...

Very disappointed...

So I know it's been quite a while since SDCC 16 but today I visited my local GameStop that I rarely ever visit and I bought the Batman 3 pack for $12.99. It may be worth checking out GameStop if anyone is still looking around for it. I was pretty surprised to see it there and on clearance!

I was waiting for the clearance to come and got it online 2 weeks ago. Really cool set but didn't seem to be going anywhere. 12.97 is a great price btw.
